The property was centrally located in Nice, only a hundred steps or so from the beach. This made it very convenient for exploring downtown, going to the beach, or walking to the local tram stop. The property was very clean and felt safe. The front desk staff were helpful and accommodating.
There were few things that were a bit disappointing. The room size was relatively small, as well as the shower. The rooms did not come with an iron or ironing board either. The elevator was also quite small, which made getting up to our forth floor room annoying when there was a queue for the elevator. The breakfast was alright, we managed, but they could’ve had more food. They often ran out of the hashbrowns, meats and certain pastries.

The location and the decor was nice from this hotel. The staff were friendly as well.
The ACs don't work in this hotel well. The first night the AC was not cool enough and there was a sewage smell in the room. They changed our room the next day which solved the sewage smell. However, the ACs are weak. I specifically booked this hotel because of the AC during the summer.

It was very dirty, the bed sheets, comforter and the pillow covers had black stains and it was poorly cleaned. The room was small and in a weird shape so it was very hard to be two people in the room despite paying more than 400 EUR for one night. No parking onsite and it’s quite a hassle to move luggage’s from public parking to the hotel.

Great location, staff was very pleasant, clean.
Our shower door didn't shut tight, it had a 3" gap because the door magnet didn't work so it was impossible to shower without flooding the entire floor. Also our hotel door had to be manually pulled shut to latch and housekeeping did not do that and left our door unlatched during the day while we were out.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour (2 nuits) dans l’ensemble. Les points positifs : * Emplacement idéal : à quelques minutes à pied de la Promenade des Anglais, de la place Masséna, du Cours Saleya et du Vieux-Nice. Parfait pour tout faire à pied. * Hôtel très joliment décoré, moderne, avec beaucoup de goût, et parfaitement entretenu. * Personnel accueillant, souriant, serviable et professionnel. * Chambre très propre, literie confortable et climatisation efficace (important en plein été). * Produits L’Occitane dans la salle de bain, un plus.
* Le principal bémol concerne la salle de bain de la chambre classique, vraiment très exiguë pour deux personnes. Très peu d’espace pour poser ses affaires et pas assez d’accroche-serviettes (pas dingue de se retrouver à les étendre sur la porte etc). * Pour un hôtel 4 étoiles à ce niveau de tarif (même en tenant compte de la haute saison à Nice), nous nous attendions à quelques équipements supplémentaires : verre à dents, kit dentaire, kit de couture, machine à café… Ce sont des détails, mais ils contribuent à l’expérience. * La chambre reste agréable, mais nous l’avons trouvée davantage adaptée à un court séjour qu’à une semaine de vacances. * prix élevé (probablement une question de saison mais quand même) Au final, nous recommandons cet hôtel, principalement pour son excellent emplacement, la qualité de l’accueil et son ambiance. Avec quelques petites améliorations dans les équipements des chambres, l’expérience serait encore meilleure.
