Location. Comfortable and clean room.
Front desk didn’t provide any information on the hotel amenities or local area during check-in. Had to ask front desk for wine opener and glasses. Room rate was very high even given the good location.

Location, location, location.
1 block from the sea, 1 block from Old Town, 1 block from “new town” … Tons of restaurants. Train station was a 20-25 min walk away but we took the tram which was about 7 min walk.
Also, filtered water station on our floor to fill our bottles.

The hotel was in a perfect location. Steps from the beach and close to the tram to get to the train station. Restaurants and open air market just a short stride away. Room wasn’t very big, but serviceable. Bed very comfortable. Great water pressure for showers. A/C worked great. I actually had to get up and turn it off as the room got too cold.
Not really soundproof. No mini bar. Balcony was too small for two people to sit and watch the ocean. Would not spring for a balcony with a sea view again.

The location is very central and this is the sole reason the hotel was chosen
The shower size should be illegal. It was barely a two foot by two foot box size. The accordion door would not stay closed so it bent in, your elbows hit each side when trying to wash your hair. There is absolutely no chance your shaving your legs if a female, and there is no place to put your own toiletries or bar of soap in the shower. There is absolutely no way to have a child in this room if traveling as a couple with child. Im a very thin but tall woman and even if you had a couple extra pounds to your frame you physically wouldn’t be able to fit in this shower stall. When sitting on the toilet me knees touched the door….at $330 a night this was shocking. Even NYC isnt this bad for size
