Great price for location and quality. Rooms are cute, clean and have everything you could need for a short visit to Nice. Staff is very accommodating and kind, we had a nice view of the park from our room. Location really cannot be beat in old Nice and steps away from promenade.
Rooms are on the smaller side (as to be expected in France) and a mini fridge would have been appreciated but we made do without one!

Sometimes the walls aren’t fully proofed (you can hear sounds in neighboring room) but it is manageable.

We were able to watch the Nice Carnival festivities from our balcony; the room was big and very comfortable. It is right next to the promenade and main square; it is a really great location! The shower was amazing, and we would stay here again! We actually stayed in a VRBO for the first couple of days in Nice, and we wish we would have just stayed at the Albert 1er the entire time!

The room had a great view of the water. The hotel is well located for the Promenade des Anglais and the old town. The staff were friendly and helpful.
Some kind of leak made the carpet wet for the two days we stayed there.

The shower head was poorly placed and sent a ton of water outside of the tub and the patio was very small but nice to have anyway.

Location is fantastic, right at the centre. Room was nicely decorated and comfortable with a great view to the Albert 1er gardens where the Christmas Village was located. Staff were fine. Breakfast was fine.
Bathroom had a bath with a badly positioned shower - no shower cubicle so it was hard to climb in and to keep the floor from getting soaked. Hotel had no bar, the website said it had and that was one of the reasons for booking, this was disappointing, it may have been due to renovations that were ongoing there.

Tiny rooms, not yet completely furbished. No minibar. Breakfast space totally messy. By no means a four star hotel. Rather a good bead & breakfast
