The location is fantastic in Old Nice. My sons and I loved being able to get anyplace easily. Stephan made us feel very welcome-even some welcome treats. He was very accessible to us when we had any questions. Super-nice guy!

The property is located in the charming and bustling old town. It is easily walkable to most sites of interest in Nice, be it the beach, museums, cathedrals, flower/flea markets and to tram stops/main line stations. Our host Stephane was just wonderful and made our stay even more relaxing.

Wonderful
Location is very strategic, within Vieux Nice. The apartment is reachable from the Garibaldi / Le Chateau L2 station and it's a direct access from the airport (we came from Terminal 2). There are so many cafes, restaurants, markets, shops, museums and cathedrals for you to explore within Nice Old Town and it is also very near the beach (Promenade Des Anglais). Stéphane, the host, is very helpful from the very start until the moment we checked out.
This did not bother us too much but the steep stairs heading to the 3rd floor may be a challenge to some. So if you have some bulky luggage, it might be a small workout. But this should not be an issue because the host do offer assistance if this is a challenge for you.

The kitchen had all the appliances needed for our trip. The host had left us a nice wine bottle. Stephane helped us with finding interesting stuff in the vicinity to the apartment. Cozy apartment in wonderful neighbourhood.

The apartment had a good amount of space and everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including kitchen and washing machine. It’s also in an excellent location in the old city with restaurants and cafes within minutes and a short walk to the beach. Stephan sent us great check in instructions as well which was really helpful and lots of recommendations during our stay for things to do / places to go in Nice. Thanks for a great stay!
The only thing we didn’t like was that both beds were quite uncomfortable so we didn’t have the best sleep.

Decent size apartment, not too noisey. Good area to walk around with plenty of restaurants nearby.

Loft bed/ space wasn’t ideal for 2 adults. Stairs up to the apartment are very steep so bit tricky with small child but manageable.

Property is well located and sized for an apartment. The host sent a long list of recommendations of places to eat and visit which was great and we recommend trying out those recommendations.
The bed linen and towels could do with a refresh as they began to stink after a few days of use and were quite rough in texture like old towels get. We had an issue with the air conditioning unit in the main bedroom, it made a very loud motorised noise about every few minutes after turning it on which went for hours. If you’re a light sleeper this could ruin your stay. We worked out that if you just leave it on all day and night the sound will only happen every now and then which made it bearable. Other than this it was a great apartment and the host was very nice and helpful.

Superb location. At the centre of old town surrounded by cafes, restaurants and stores. Beach is short walk away. At the same time the street was not very loud at night.
Apartment was cozy. We liked that there were air conditioners in both bedrooms.
Host was helpful and communication was easy.

You can't beat the location: the apartment is in the heart of Nice old town and close to everywhere and everything. Even with the busy pedestrains traffic in the alley right below, in the tucked-in bedroom it's quiet enough with the soundproof windows working magics. The apartment was exactly like photos presented on the website, and were euquipped with all the facilities of a home and generous supply of necessities like towls, detergent, etc. The host was professional and responsive to my enquiries, and offered good advice on the neighborhoods. Check in/out was simple and hassel free.
Shower drain needed to be fixed. Cockroaches were found in the kitchen at first night, but some puffs of Raid kept them away during the rest of my stay.

Great location, easy access to the property. Great host. Kitchen well equipped.
Property itself needs some attention. Bathroom leak due to condensation/aircon. Extremely uncomfortable mattress. And not suitable for a tall person ( the property layout and height should be highlighted in the property description). Bathroom and towels smelled of damp.

the location was perfect. However, best for travelers with little to no luggage. If traveling with bigger pieces of luggage, this is not a great option. The owner helped me with my luggage both on the arrival and departure portion of my trip.
The kitchen was not well organized. I would have appreciated a little more utensils for meal prep.

Great accomodation in the heart of the old town. Stephane was lovely and attentive and also provided us with a list of restaurants and bars. The accomodation was clean and had everything we needed. The staircase up is a bit steep but he also offered to help with the suitcases. It can be a bit noisy at night since it's on a busy street but if the windows are closed it's no problem!
