Friendliness of staff. Excellent location in a green and leafy part of Paris. Easy to get to (once you've negotiated Porte Maillot). Nice restaurants and cafs nearby, as well as public car park within 2 minute walk (no reservation necessary - 24 euros for 24 hours). Room cosy and comfortable. Would def stay there again.

The price was more expensive than the original Booking price
The staff ordered a taxi for a fixed price but the driver said they didnt. The staff would not take responsibility and we had to pay a lot more

Nicola at reception was most accommodating. Breakfast offerings were bountiful. Room, though small, was clean and very well maintained. Easy 3 block walk to Metro, and several bistros even closer. WiFi was strong.

Wonderful location on lovely street with lots of independent shops and cafes at either end of the street. Bus stops into central Paris 2mins walk and metro 5mins. Staff and manager couldnt be more welcoming or helpful! Felt like being a guest in a home rather than a hotel. Very much guest house feel rather than hotel.
Rooms and bathroom on the small side. Breakfast room in the basement so went to the great cafes Dupond Durand or Le Marly instead.

The staff was very friendly and spoke English. The hotel also has a nice lounge area on the first floor. The reception desk is open 24/7.
