Great bar and wider snacks area. Terrace has great view
The spa only being free till 2pm and being charged thereafter. It also needs some maintenance, the Sauna door had a hinge broken and was a bit dangerous and my daughter cut her foot open. The pool was freezing and was overly clean.

Nice staff, comfortable bed.
The hotel is generally tired. I didn't like the design of the hotel and the wall paintings.
Most of all I didn't like the breakfast, when we came there was no bacon, there weren't enough scrambled eggs. Queue for coffee. Had to wait. We waited for two pieces of bacon for all visitors. Breakfast is very meager and uninteresting. The hotel can't calculate the amount of food and guests.

Modern, comfortable, free parking for motorbikes, quirky hand painted decor.
Expensive for what it is. Most hotels in this price range would for example have air conditioning. Lots of add on costs. Trendy room lights but sadly don’t really light up the room.

Room was good with useful storage, fridge, kettle etc, bed and pillows were comfortable. The bathroom was a very nice wetroom. Access to on site ski shire and boot lockers was very good. The ski shop was very helpful and equipment was very good. Breakfast was excellent with a range of coffee, teas, fruit, juice, cheese, meats and eggs - something for everyone. A lot of quirky wall art.
I would recommend others to be clear on hotel "extra" charges, for example 20 Euros for a session in the spa after 2pm which consists of a very small pool, sauna and steam room (we managed 30 mins in there) Breakfast was 19 Euros . Evening dinner was very busy with not enough staff - we waited c45 mins to be served. The menu is very mixed, I had a carbonara which was cooked at the table with undercooked fatty lardons and egg that became scrambled. We also selected some wine which was not available, the sommelier offered an alternative but did not advise that this was twice the price which we realised too late when settling our final day hotel bill.
The hotel is on the Calvert side of the mountain, to be able to ski back to the hotel you need to plan to get back to this quite separate area (Serre Thibalt lift or walk across the road to the Calver gondola)
