Nice room and bathroom and breakfast.
Room was very hot when we arrived, as the sun was beating on the large window. AC had not been commissioned for the season. They kindly offered us a fan, which was very helpful. After this, we had a comfortable stay. Hotel is on the outskirts of Molsheim, with a short walk to the charming city centre.

Loved the nature around the hotel. Short walk to city centre. Great value.
The scrambled eggs at breakfast were the powdered kind, terrible. More closet space for clothes.

The staff are welcoming and friendly. The room is pretty nice and it is located in a nice small city.
The spa is actually includes a small outdated pool full of childeren and a couple of small saunas. Naming it hotel spa is misleading.
We tried the restaurant at Christmas night. The options were very limited and too expensive for the quality.

i liked our room, everything was very clean and the shower was great. we also had a big bed, which was really comfortable.
we were a little sad that the whirlpool was closed during the wintertime, because we were looking forward to it.

The water dispensing machine (with sparkling water!!), might sound insignificant but I really rate this kind of attention, also reducing plastic waste ?
The only lift got really busy at one point and took a while to arrive (especially when cleaning staff starts using it as well), would usually take the stairs but we had a person with reduced mobility with us so it was a little frustrating. It was just at one moment though so it's a detail.

The pool was a comfortable temperature, and the drinks in the minifridge were complimentary. The bed was comfortable enough to sleep in.
We booked the hotel because it had a jacuzzi. The jacuzzi was not functional the entire time we were there. For what we paid per night, I wanted functional amenities. The pool was frequently crowded with kids and young teens, and it was a small area, making it less enjoyable to relax. The pipes in our room made a horrible sound constantly, and the first night, I thought the person in the room next to us was throwing up constantly because of it. There was also a constant chlorine smell in our room. The pool wasn't on our floor but on the level below us. The toilet in the bathroom also ran non-stop, but the hotel requested that you conserve water and not wash towels ( which I understand). For $10, fix the toilet, stop having it run, and waste the water, which would also help with the screaming pipes coming from the bathroom. The hotel billed itself as a luxury resort and spa, and I'm sure it was at one time. The carpet by the desk had also not been vacuumed, and the dust build-up was significant. I'm not above staying in a 50$ room or a $500 room, but I expect the comfort and quality to match the price. This fell far short.

Great location. Secure parking. Nice pool facilities. Good restaurant and breakfast. Appreciated room facilities, kettle, coffee machine and fridge. Very comfortable bed.

Location is a huge plus, close proximity to city center, friendly staff
Cobwebs and spiders in the room, setup of the furniture didn’t quite fit in the room, extremely narrow carpark, spa looked a bit knackered and the ceiling was partially moldy

Super friendly and helpful staff, the room was surprisingly big, amazing WiFi, nice facilities, great variety for breakfast, everything else in walking distance, big big bonus for being dog-friendly!
Aircon was not working on the days the hotel was fully booked
