We enjoyed our four-night stay in a two-bedroom suite, which was spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean. The hotel is in a quiet part of Lyon, away from the tourist epicenter. Several small markets are within a quick walk, and the hotel lounge is a nice place for a glass of wine.
Because of the location (quiet), we used ride-share cars often to reach restaurants and the main visitor areas. Not a big deal but worth noting.

Location was great especially for a family with a small child, right next to a huge park. The apartment was exactly as described and really comfortable (our toddler loved it).

Family room was large and nicely appointed. The breakfast was terrific.
Apart from some exceptional staff, others were aloof and did not go out of their way to assist.

A problem with parking, the roads that are close the hotels were blocked so it was hard to arrive, but it's not related to the hotel itself.

It was big and comfortable. Location was little bit far from old town . Otherwise a good experience.
The floors had sticky stains on them . The maid couldn’t clean it up because it was sticky. The floor planks were worn out .

Nice hotel in a convenient location next to the Tete d'Or park. The rooms are spacious and quiet and squeaky clean.
There is no place to leave a suitcase, except the floor; also, if you are on a business trip and need to work - there is no desk. The furniture, specifically the chairs, could use a refresh.
