We liked that it was close to the park and in a quite residential neighborhood. The rooms are very specious and well designed and the bed is comfortable. The kitchen is very convenient and the room has everything needed. We didn’t take the breakfast but the restaurant area looked nice
I didn’t like that they didn’t refill the coffee capsules in the kitchen after cleaning the room and seeing we didn’t have any left. We had to call every day and ask for more coffee capsules which isn’t aligned with the kind of service expected. Of course they were provided but it’s an unnecessary request. Also our towel heater didn’t work and we asked for help with it, we were told someone would come to check and we could tell someone tried to fix it when we were out of the room. But it wasn’t actually fixed and no one updated us on the status. We asked again the next day and a nice guy came over and figured the main power switch in the closet was off and sorted it quickly..but we didn’t expect to have to ask again.

It was a pleasure to stay at the hotel.The room had a small kitchen.Breakfast was perfect. The employees at the front desk were so helpful!(Thanks Miriam and Lambert, you were so nice!). It’s located in a beautiful neighbourhood, next to the park.
Transportation is excellent to old Lyon. I super recommend this hotel.

Great location, walkable to all major sightseeing spots. And for people traveling with their dogs, the park is just across the street.
Very clean and spacious bedroom and sofa bed, and the kitchen has all the essentials that you need.
The staff was very kind to let us check in early specially when I was traveling with my elderly parents!
We were able to leave the car at the hotel after checkout without any additional charge, it’s a real plus!
For the parking is 19€/night, dog is 25€/night.

We were pleasantly surprised by our room! It was more like an apartment with a full kitchen that was furnished. We had a lot of space for our family of 5. It was very close to a park that was awesome, with a free zoo and a bicycle tram vehicle where we split up our family (one adult per car) and pedaled around the grounds. Bus stop was close by as well as an Auchon.

We enjoyed our four-night stay in a two-bedroom suite, which was spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean. The hotel is in a quiet part of Lyon, away from the tourist epicenter. Several small markets are within a quick walk, and the hotel lounge is a nice place for a glass of wine.
Because of the location (quiet), we used ride-share cars often to reach restaurants and the main visitor areas. Not a big deal but worth noting.

Location was great especially for a family with a small child, right next to a huge park. The apartment was exactly as described and really comfortable (our toddler loved it).
