Wonderful
Comfortable, clean, well located near the parc de la tête d'or, welcomed air conditioning, and parking in the hotel. We did not use the restaurant, but there was one inside the residence too.

Wonderful
The room was large and comfortable. Even though we barely used the kitchen during our stay, it was nice to have. The breakfast was wonderful each day with lots of fresh choices, both hot and cold. The staff, especially in the breakfast room were very nice and even found out it was my wife's birthday and had everyone sing. I also appreciated that there was a free laundry area on one of the floors which we took advantage of during our long trip. The hotel is in a nice neighborhood directly across from the Parc de la Tete d'Or with a zoo, lake and botanical gardens. Not terribly close to a metro stop but about a 10 minute walk. Several times however, we walked all the way to the center of the city.
The chairs for the low table in the room were not very comfortable. So, sitting at the table to have a drink or snack was a bit of a challenge. A small dining nook would have been welcome, given that there was a kitchen area in the room. The bed was very far from the TV but that was a very minor issue.

Large room and great kitchen on a tree lined street across from the Tet D’Or Park. Quiet neighborhood but close to a grocery store. Nice Fitness Room and very helpful staff.
A little far from metro and restaurants- 15 min walk. Weak air conditioning.

The biggest advantage of this hotel is its excellent air conditioning, which was an absolute lifesaver during the heatwave.
Our suite was spacious and included a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room, a separate bedroom, a bathroom with a shower, and an additional separate toilet, making our stay extremely comfortable.
The location is excellent, directly opposite Parc de la Tête d’Or, our favourite place in Lyon. The neighbourhood is quiet, pleasant, and feels very safe.

Everything. The staff was outstanding. The property was comfortable quiet and exceptionally clean. A few minutes walk and you are right at the heart of Lyon. Will highly recommend again.

The apartment was very comfortable and clean. The location is the best: it’s a calm area , but still in walking distance to the city center (about 30 mins). And my favorite thing is that a great park is just beside. We really loved it.

I would just love some fresh vegetables for breakfast, this is what I missed. All the rest is just perfect
