Outstanding boutique hotel in prime location. Exactly as one would expect from Relais & Chteaux chain. Very historical place with great view over the city. Professional and friendly staff, thank you! Very clean and quiet. Good breakfast, you can seat outside and inside. Very good restaurant for dinner, booking is essential. Valet parking in hotels private garage. Try to book a room with a terrace - it will worth every penny.

The hotel is quite exceptional! The views over Lyon, everything about the hotel and staff who were really obliging and helpful made our short stay so enjoyable. It is difficult to imagine anything else we could have wanted to improve our stay.
We didnt eat in the restaurant as we felt it was lacking in ambiance and we wanted to experience old Lyon. A bar space indoors could be in a more central area. The bar on the terrace was perfect for an afternoon/ evening drink but is obviously dependant on the weather.

The villa felt like home. We could have stayed a month, we were so happy there. Especially loved the pool and jacuzzi, but overall, the atmosphere was so charming and relaxing. The concierge called for a taxi when we'd been left without one. Can't wait to stay there again.

The property on the whole was pleasant - it needs updating as is stuck in the 70s
The showers in both our rooms were dangerous The step in is too high the shower trays very slippery, nothing to hold on to to get in and out. The glass Shower doors are dangerous. The water went from freezing to boiling without touching the control and is not safe. The hotel is nice but it needs moderization

The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Being a smaller hotel it felt very calm and we had no problem securing a lounger around the pool area. The staff speak very good English and are very attentive. They made our stay very special.
There are a few steps to climb up from Old Town but the views are worth it.
