The staff were friendly and helped with my luggage(is very heavy) through the small stairs. They have small lift to get to your hotel room.
I am thankful that they actually upgraded me to a bigger room which they didn't have to. Going in the hotel room, the room is filled with Ritual products (handsoap, soap, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, reed diffusers) and complimentary welcome gifts (L'occitane and Praline cookies and Praline almonds).
They have aircon in the room for people who needed them for either warmer or colder weather.
If i need to nitpick, it would be good that the shower area have shower door. I understand there is shower divider. But being asian (average height), the water seems to always splash out causing water to flow out of shower area. It would be good to have a door to block the water from flowing out so I can find my path to inner peace.

The location was good, a fairly residential area but with a number of bars and restaurants nearby. The metro is a 5 minute walk away and even easier to use than the London underground (you don't have to tap your card on the way out).
Breakfast was good. There is a water dispenser in the reception area to fill up the bottle provided in your room or your bottles for days out. Staff were very pleasant.
The lighting in the room was very subdued, including the bathroom lights. This made it difficult to see for things like shaving, putting make-up on. There is no socket near the mirror so nowhere to plug in hair straighteners or your own hairdryer
