Location and staff were nice.
Very noisy: between room, hearing people talking very loud all night. + air conditioning is so old and so noisy. Almost impossible to sleep.
Beds are very soft and probably need renovation.

The staff were wonderful - welcoming, incredibly friendly and always eager to help. They made us feel really welcome and created such a warm and homely atmosphere. The hotel itself was fabulous. Our room was beautiful, comfortable, cool and spotlessly clean. The location of the hotel is excellent: quiet but close to lots of great restaurants and just a short walk from both the train station and the Old Town. We would definitely stay here again if we were to return to Lyon. Overall it was a truly special experience, which makes us believe it's one of the best boutique hotels you can stay at in Lyon.

I love the decor. It is very rich and romantic. Well appointed rooms with plenty of pillows, nespresso machine, refillable purified water, pretty coffee, water, and wine glasses in the room, and slippers. The breakfast spread was the best I’ve ever seen.
I’d like to recommend the Italian restaurant with the name Nicola in it over the recommended restaurant called MiMa that is close by. Both are close but the first one was much better.

The staff is super friendly, give me recommendations and was very helpful to communicate with the uber driver for me regarding my assistance dog.
there was some mosquitos in the room but I guess you can't avoid that.
