Good location, 10 min to center, 10 min to closest shop.
25 min on foot to Perrache station.
Windows of our room were looked out on street, but despite of that it were quite and comfortable to sleep.
Well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed.
The bathroom were needed a bit well cleaning.
The neighborhood seems not safety and dirty.
But I have to mention, that I stayed 2nd time at this area, walk even late in the evening and nothing happened.
It is quite good option to stay because other part of the city had very limited amount of accommodations to stay or much more higher price of far from shops and transport hubs.

The room it has al little kitchen with almost everything you need. It has a table and chairs. The room had tv. The location it was good near from center, it has supermarkets near also restaurant.
I didn't like the street were it is located because it seems not to safe it was a lot of dubious people.
About the room sometimes it was feeling bad smell from pets I think they don't clean very well after the guest with pet.

Location
We were told there would be 2 single beds in each room and when we arrived there were no single beds and the hotel then charged us €144 to resolve the situation, which was discraceful.
The rooms were also in need of update and maintenance. If we knew the hotel couldn't provide what they promised we would have booked something else.

The only likeable thing here was that it was a hotel room.
The place was like the photos, but so worn out that even the faucet in the bathroom was almost falling off. Very dirty and dusty, had to clean the place before settling in. Only small amount of dishwash for few days and all the dishes were dirty when we came. The neighbourhood was messy. Recommending to stay somewhere nearer the Lyon centre or the old town.

The room were Comfortable and mostly clean. The apartment featured most items needed for cooking cleaning and resting comfortably
The patio and fan were a bit dirty. The air conditioning & water-warming kettle were not working. The neighborhood did seem slightly unsafe.

Central, quick check-in and check-out procedures. Kitchen was well furnished.
Quite expensive for what it offered. The garage parking was not included, it was quite hard to park in it and even after spending 11 euros, and the garage itself incredibly dirty and smelly. The room was ok but we found a broken piece of glass under the bed. No AC, we found a fan only
It’s not the facility’s fault but the neighbourhood was pretty rough.

The personel was very nice and helpful. It was close to the city center.
I didn't feel save in the evening. The area was a bit nosy on the night and we need to closed the window. But then it was too hot to sleep.

It was way a big, comfortable room, close to the metro station and bus and tram stops
The kitchen area was very good
There was enough cutlery, bowls etc
The road beneath the windows was very noisy.

Disappointing
Is located near metro and bus stops, so it's very well communicated.
The bed was very comfortable.
Room was a bit dirty, specially the bathroom and the bathtub's curtains.
No air conditioner, just a small fan that barely held up against the heat.
The district where is located is shady, doesn't looks nor feels safe.
The ratio quality/price is not adequate, it's mote expensive than it should.

The apartment was clean, there was a stove, microwave, shower/little bathtub, some drawers to put stuff in, very close to a metro station and pretty close to center
Like others mentioned, the neighborhood doesn’t feel super safe at night, looks like it is a ghetto location, but nothing happened to us and people didn’t seem awfully interested in us, so I think the locals are not unreasonable, but it still feels less secure than in other parts of the city I think. Also it was usually noisy at night.
