Beds was comfortable, 30 minutes walk to city center
We came with a family and the hotel claims it its an apartment however it didn’t have much kitchen equipment to cook with. Additionally, we asked the receptionist about more toilet supplies and he said they were all stored under the seat however we didn’t find any of them.

Very nice studio apartment, with small kitchen where you can cook some food, we were on the last floor and we have big balcony, bathtub in the bathroom. Great location the metro station is a minet from the front door of the hotel one change and 4 stops to city centre, there are coffees and supermarket 5min from the hotel. Nice Aria, we were coming back at night and it was totally safety.

The elevator is slow like really slow if there are a lot of guests you can wait more then 5min
This hotel do not offer cleaning doring your staying be prepared.

We only stayed 2 nights. The metro is very close even though the apartment was not near the city center but metro was great so overall very good.

Great room for a group of 3, had everything we needed to get by! Very close to the Metro station which made transport very easy. Helpful and polite staff in all areas ?
Was nice to have a balcony but could have done with a few plants, balcony furniture etc. it was a space we loved using but had nothing to sit on/ relax around.

Great living near by caffe, supermarket and bakery. Nice staff and big appartement. Unfortunately there was no waste bag so we could not leave the apartment as we wanted (with empty bin). Really bad sleeping on the folding sofa, during every movement it squeaked loudly. Great location. There was no the same amount of toiletries as us (payed people) - but its detail.

Good blinds in room
Couldn't get into the property as their check in times were wrong on booking.com. Call for help lines didn't work because it was out of hours too. Had to follow another guest into building. Our booking.com codes didn't work to get our room card. After calling every number on the walls got through to a branch in another city, who didn't know how to check us into our room but gave us the correct code. We couldn't use the car park as we couldn't get in. All this took over an hour in freezing conditions.
The bedsheets were dirty (dust lines and dirty spots all over), fridge leaking on the floor (you can slightly see the puddle in the photo) and microwave didn't work.
In the morning I said we wanted a refund and the front desk lady refused, saying i needed to apply for it online. It has been 2 months and despite raising this, I have not yet received the refund.

The location of the property is not exactly central, but it is just next to the subway station Jean Jores, which is very convenient when you want to go to the center. The staff is very friendly and kind. We were allowed to check in earlier which was very nice, because we had an early flight and we arrived before noon.
- The temperature of the appartement is centralized. So it is 22C, which is OK, BUT: We were 4 adults so two of us had to sleep in the living room, which had a balcony in the past, but now is utilized and there are non isolated windows and it is getting very cold. If you use only the bedroom there is no problem, but in the living room is cold, because of these non-isolated windows. We asked to increase the temp a little bit but it was impossible.
-There was a not very nice smell from all the canals, the sink, the bathroom, WC and everywhere.
-On top was that we were for 3 days and two and a half day the elevator didn't work and we were on the sixth floor, just imagine... :) I know that Residhome has no fault, but here I put what I didn't like, so I couldn't miss this :(
So we were cold, there was a smell and no elevator, these are the reasons why I am giving a lower rate, otherwise overall the stay was nice, but these conditions left a little bit bad feeling about the property and we will not use it again because of this, I am sorry Residhome :(

Sofa bed was set up ready for us.
The elevator was broken for some reasons and my mother who had mild disabilities had to walk five floors of stairs to access the unit. A heads-up or discount would be nice.
