Availability of a two-room option. Price was good. Staff helped with last minute booking request.
We were under the impression it was walking distance to the train station. It is not. It would have been 45 minutes in the summer heat, lugging bags. The taxi cost about $20-22, as I recall. Location is not near city center or old town; kind of on the outskirts. You won't be walking to sites, but there is a tram nearby.
They offer a nice breakfast but won't let you take a plate back to your room, even if you have a room with a kitchenette. (Because why???)
Housekeeping kept walking into my room well before checkout. That was awkward.
Front desk is closed at night, fyi.

Everything was good. The staff was very friendly and was able to communicate in English. The room was spacious and clean. For an additional price, you can book a parking space and get breakfast.
The location is 10 minutes away by car from the city center

Excellent staff. Very friendly and helpful. Comfortable bed and good shower. Some good restaurants nearby.
Spa and exercise room were very limited and were not free. Breakfast buffet was expensive for what was offered. Elevator was out of service for part of our stay.

The location, the size of the room compared to other hotels located more central, the kitchenette, the staff was very friendly and welcoming.
No fan in bathroom. The room could have been cleaner. The shower towel had a little hole. Very powerful perfume smell on the floor level.

Our rooms were small, but overall everything in them was fine.
The hotel feels more like a student dormitory than a proper hotel. The rooms themselves are okay, but the overall atmosphere is not cozy.
The neighborhood feels quite unsafe in the evening, and there are not even any proper grocery stores nearby.
The worst part is the parking. It feels like a scene from the game DOOM. You constantly have to enter strange codes and hurry through narrow passages and doors before they close. The whole process is very confusing and uncomfortable.
Overall, the experience felt quite strange and far from what you would expect from a hotel.
