Clean, friendly staff, convenient for parking. Bus stop outside.
The apartment was clean but had a much more institutional feeling than in the photos (e.g. school / office style dispensers throughout). It would have been much nicer with some personal touches.

The location is great. There is a large park with a playground for kids in which is located near this hotel, just 150 meter walk.

The location is excellent — right next to the park in a beautiful and safe area. The staff at the reception were very nice and hospitable, making the stay even more pleasant. They also offer a convenient luggage room, which is perfect if you have a few hours before leaving Lyon.
The toilet had an unpleasant smell, and the towels are quite worn out — they really need to be replaced with new ones.

The location was good, pretty alive i could say, a lot of people walking aroudn the resedency.
i didn't expect it to be in this type of location, not a fan of this style would have prefered a neighberhood or anything else then a conference or work area... for work its the perfect place to be but for a trip not the best.

Two rooms with three beds with enough space. Pretty clean property. Two air conditioning and heating systems. Well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, kettle, and coffee maker. Pretty enough shelves for putting stuff. Beautiful balcony.
At the beginning, there weren't any soap, shampoo, and dishwashing liquid and we had to ask for them. Additionally, the dishwashing sponge was not inside its package and may have been used before. So maybe all said, can be summarized in poor pre-check-in room preparation. Additionally, there was a small amount of mold near the bathtub.

The staff, the room (big enough).
A little farther from the center (15-20 min with the bus) . You may need to do your own light cleaning and manage your towel usage. No dish soap and no supermarkets close by.

Perfectly located for my tennis event, this stay offered easy access to a beautiful nearby park, which was a lovely bonus. The amenities were basic but functional: having a small fridge, coffee pot, and washing machine was convenient. I liked the bathroom setup, with a spacious shower and separate WC.
Squeaky toilet door, limited kitchen accessories. It would have been helpful to have basic items like dishwashing gel, washing machine tablets, and salt provided.

Close proximity to restaurants. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Parking garage was spacious enough for bigger vehicles.
It was more worn than in the photos. Trash from other residents was left in the hallway overnight. Vents were full of dust.

Quite far out so Ubers/bolt sometimes taking 45 mins to come out to collect. No basics in kitchen like salt/pepper/oil

It locates in very beautiful green area. We use car but people can easy to get public transports to go to the city center. We like most the vivid park near by and its free but cozy zoo.
It was not easy to find the parking at beginning.

We loved how clean and big the room was! We also loved the location right by the beautiful park/zoo and by some good restaurants as well. It may seem far from other attractions but we were able to easily get to popular places by bus and metro. Staff were also so kind!!
