Fantastic location - walking distance to station, next to Westfield and walk or metro to city centre
35 dégrées while we were there- rooms fine but central are as were hot

Disappointing
Good location, good value for money and staff were very good and helpful. Secure parking.
We had 2 rooms. The AC didn’t work in one of them and worked very little in the other. The fridges weren’t cold.
Complimentary water was just left out
And not in fridges considering it was 30 degrees outside. Because we arrived late and left early we didn’t get a chance to get these fixed. We told them at check.

Close to the mall and train station. Nice view and good facilities. Clean.
Directions from the station to the hotel through the mall could be described differently.
Additional euros (not deposit?) for extra costs, could be covered afterwards rather if extra facilities were used.

Nice comfortable room. Good breakfast. Lovely architecture. Close to the train station.
Outside hotel very dirty. The only access was one elevator to reach lobby on the 32nd floor. No stairs, except for emergency exit use. In my opinion, a hazard in case of fire and causes a long wait to enter and exit the hotel when there are many people.

It was easy to find this hotel, because it is tall.
Coffee at the reception was only supplied for very short period. It should be served all day long.

It's really hard to say that disappointment was just overpowering anything that could be positive
Being checked into a room that has known AC difficulties, you look at their reviews they have consistent poor reviews my bad I could not stay in that place when it's 76 degrees and to tell me that they are all booked out and could get me another room. I had to leave that room at 11:00 at night without a place to go you know how disgusting that is to treat someone that way. I'll spend the rest of my days writing as many poor reviews for Radisson as I possibly can

A beautiful building near the train station. Room really comfortable and a magnificent view
Only one working lift from the ground floor to the 32nd floor. No obvious signs for a stairwell

Location and view
Problem with the A/C. People at the front desk knew about the issue and did not inform us. Impossible to cool down the room despite aircon at the max power. Could not sleep, had to call the front desk and ask for a room change. They said they “upgraded” us, but this was the exact same room, just with a functionning aircon. What a joke

Height of the hotel starting on 32nd floor meant that the view was extensive across Lyon. Bed was comfy and bathroom was good. Shower was good. Location not far from Gare La Part-Dieu which was our reason for staying there. About 30-40 mins walk to old town. Staff were good.
This was quite expensive for such a small room so least value for money during or France holiday. Elevators stopped working while we were there so had to buzz the reception to let us up the service elevator when returning from dinner but working again the next morning.
