Good location an nice to be up high and have a view over the city.
Good variety of food at breakfast.
Nice to get complimentary water.
Disappointing to have a coffee machine at breakfast. We're in France!
Constant queues at check in desk. This is a popular hotel, you are busy and need more than just one person manning at peak times.

Within walking distance from Lyon old town and Parc de la Tête d'Or. Westfield conveniently next door. There is a tram stop nearby too however we did not use this. The hotel itself has a very cool design—there is never a bad view!

The room was too hot. The A/C was at the min possible temperature and it didn’t help at all. We had a hard time sleeping due to the temperature in the room. The room was very small. The parking is expensive and pricey. Will not book again. Not worth the money.
