Comfy room, friendly staff, AC worked great, wonderful location close to any transit options, breakfast was yummy, would definitely stay again!
My only complaints are tiny:
- it’s a bit annoying that you have to ask the staff to unlock the cabinets to access the dishes in the kitchenette.
- my shower door didn’t close properly so it ended up leaking every time I used it.

Our room had beautiful green trees outside (3rd floor family room) with a filtered view of the lovely old church across the street.
Decent beds and bathroom.

Wonderful
The location was ideal for where we wanted to be, but it also easy to access (on tram lines T1/T2 and near Perrache station). The staff (reception and cleaning) were lovely as always. The room was clean and comfortable and the kitchenette very useful.
Pillows are harder than we are used to, but that can be a very personal thing.

The location was excellent for my needs. Also the hotel is very well served by public transport (close to both tram and metro stops). The room was clean and comfortable and the double glazing / sound proofing was excellent (the room overlooked the road). The staff were friendly and helpful.

Wonderful
The hotel located in residential neighborhood, so one has a chance to meet locals and observe their everyday life. It is also very close to public transport. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was excellent with a lot of choices.

The aircondioner worked well. the room was basic and clean. we really like Pascale at the front desk. the kitchenette worked well for us. the location on a tram line was perfect.
the freezer door was broken and i needed the freezer for a ice pack. Several front desk sytaff weren't very friendly.

Regarding the location easy access to transportation and bus routes, the room was very clean, bed very comfortable, well maintained although refrigerator was missed. Breakfast had everything for everyone. Staff always helpful.
As mentioned earlier the refrigerator is always necessary and needs to be available. The AC hasn't been regulated for providing warm temperature when needed and finally it would have been much preferable if breakfast could be self served at the room if chosen.

The room was big and comfortable for three people, it had a working microwave and fridge. The room was very clean.
Room small kitchen had no cutlery (no fork/knife/plates, no frying pan or pot), so we couldn’t really use the kitchen.

Great location. The tram was almost right outside the door. And we loved the vibe of the neighbourhood. It was convenient but not too touristy.
I felt like the hotel oversold itself by billing the room as a studio apartment. Our room had a strange layout and there was nowhere to sit, despite the website showing photos of a table and chairs. I am surprised this hotel has a four-star rating. It’s barely a three, in my opinion. I don’t understand why it has such glowing reviews. I didn’t find the desk staff very friendly either.

We stayed in several hotels in France on our trip, and this one felt the most like a more traditional American hotel in terms of space and amenities. Extra mirrors, a hair dryer, a fridge, a cooking area, a fitness room, a bigger bathroom, and a bigger main room. So for American travelers looking for a hotel that may be more what they're used to, this is a great option.
We thought the location was excellent, just a couple of blocks from Perrache, walking distance to a gym we went to, walking distance to centre ville, and just feet from several restaurants, but still the room was quiet when it was time to sleep. I would absolutely stay here again in the future.
There was nothing I didn't like about this hotel.
