We loved the location. Near train station and the old city
Breakfast could be better with cooking the hot foods a little more. Scrambled eggs were runny and bacon was under cooked for our liking. This is a minor complaint

The staff was very friendly and helpful and bilingual. Our room was big and had air conditioning. The location for us was very good because we had friends who live in the neighborhood and so it was quite convenient and close to the tram and the train station. Lots of kids playing in the park across the street next to the church.
The towels were a little rough, and it was really hard to open the cabinet that held the refrigerator because of the lack of knob to grab onto. Our shower door didn’t quite close all the way, and so water leaked onto the floor every time we showered.

Lady at reception was extremely kind, welcoming, and accommodating.
A clean and very comfortable room with kitchennette and a nice view. A/c was efficient in the high heat. Location was ideal for Catholic University Lyon and I felt safe in the neighborhood.

The front desk staff and housekeeping staff were genuinely kind, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay.
After I explained the condition of our first room, the front desk promptly moved us to a different room, which I appreciated.
The family suite was spacious and provided enough room for our family to be comfortable.
We arrived late after an exhausting travel day due to the wildfires and train disruptions. The first room we were assigned was not like any of the pictures described and the bathroom was gross!
Although the second room was an improvement, it still had several issues. The pillows were the most uncomfortable I’ve ever experienced in a hotel, making it difficult to sleep. The bed also didn’t feel particularly clean and had plastic on it,
The shower had visible mold in the corners. I asked for bleach so I could clean it myself, but the housekeeper kindly insisted they would clean it. While it was cleaned, the mold remained.
Breakfast was very disappointing. The menu was exactly the same every single day during our six-night stay. The scrambled eggs were consistently wet and not edible and the bacon was mostly grease and fat.
Overall, the cleanliness, comfort, and quality of the Aparthotel did not match the price we paid. While the staff did their best to help, I expected a much higher standard for the cost of the accommodation. I would not choose to stay here again.

Comfy room, friendly staff, AC worked great, wonderful location close to any transit options, breakfast was yummy, would definitely stay again!
My only complaints are tiny:
- it’s a bit annoying that you have to ask the staff to unlock the cabinets to access the dishes in the kitchenette.
- my shower door didn’t close properly so it ended up leaking every time I used it.

Our room had beautiful green trees outside (3rd floor family room) with a filtered view of the lovely old church across the street.

Wonderful
The location was ideal for where we wanted to be, but it also easy to access (on tram lines T1/T2 and near Perrache station). The staff (reception and cleaning) were lovely as always. The room was clean and comfortable and the kitchenette very useful.
Pillows are harder than we are used to, but that can be a very personal thing.

The location was excellent for my needs. Also the hotel is very well served by public transport (close to both tram and metro stops). The room was clean and comfortable and the double glazing / sound proofing was excellent (the room overlooked the road). The staff were friendly and helpful.

Regarding the location easy access to transportation and bus routes, the room was very clean, bed very comfortable, well maintained although refrigerator was missed. Breakfast had everything for everyone. Staff always helpful.
As mentioned earlier the refrigerator is always necessary and needs to be available. The AC hasn't been regulated for providing warm temperature when needed and finally it would have been much preferable if breakfast could be self served at the room if chosen.

The aircondioner worked well. the room was basic and clean. we really like Pascale at the front desk. the kitchenette worked well for us. the location on a tram line was perfect.
the freezer door was broken and i needed the freezer for a ice pack. Several front desk sytaff weren't very friendly.

Wonderful
The hotel located in residential neighborhood, so one has a chance to meet locals and observe their everyday life. It is also very close to public transport. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was excellent with a lot of choices.
