everything was outstanding ! staff, room - huge room, excellent bed, clean, first hotel that offer me plates for food an water for the dog and a sheet for the dog. Highly recommend for everybody. Me - my future hotel in Lyon from now on.

Wonderful
The facility was great, spatious, clean, calm, with air conditioning. I was able to sleep more than usual, which is great.
I didn't like the fact they cleaned the room during my very short stay while I was away. Usually never happen in other Appart Hotel I went.

Our suite was a good size for a family with two young children and the dividing curtain between the king bed and the sofa bed was perfect for keeping the little ones sleeping. This was one block away from La Commune which had an amazing selection of international and local food and drink options on our night of arrival.
The parking was a little tight, but we managed to get an American SUV (Honda Pilot) parked in their garage. You will need to temporarily park on the street, go to the front desk to receive your assigned parking spot, and then drive into the garage. If you have a large vehicle I recommend informing them ahead of time so that you don't end up with a parking spot between two concrete walls like I did (a tight squeeze to get out of the vehicle).

It was in a student area, but felt deserted after dark because it was August. I felt a little uncomfortable walking home at night.

Very good stay and comfortable rooms. Not the best location because it’s outside downtown and not very touristy area, but if you ride bicycles it’s perfect just a 10 minute ride and very convenient and inexpensive when using the shared system. I recommend it

The room was spacious and clean.
Though air conditioning is present, it was regulated to 78 degrees. Had to leave windows open at night, and the room was extremely hot when returning from the day's activities.

Good location, in a nice neighborhood. Metro station, supermarket and river within walking distance.
Breakfast has a pancake making machine that was a big hit with my kid.
Friendly, helpful, staff.
From the name and photos I was given the impression that the living room + kitchen was separate from the bedroom. But they were all in the same room, with only a curtain separating the bed from the rest of the room.
Room cleaning came pretty late in the day (bit after 18), so happened to encounter us in the room.
