Helpful people at the desk.
The small shower makes it difficult to turn around without bumping into the valve handle, changing the water temperature. We had only one bath towel and no washcloths.

Decent size room, well equipped kitchenette. Reasonably clean. Close to shops and transport.
Air conditioner did not work. Room was stuffy and if you leave the window open for air you listen to ambulance sirens all night from the hospital opposite.

The lady at reception was very nice and friendly. During our stay it was raining. She offered us umbrella to use.

The location is perfect and the area is also very nice and rooms are clean.
We came as a family and stayed at this hotel without any inconvenience.
Staff also very polite and helpful.
It would be better if the bedroom is a bit bigger.

Spacious room goo wifi.
No lights in hallway, was not super clean (hair in vents and on walls, dusty, spider webs on walls). Kitchen was too small to cook. Location was not in the city.

Le petit dej etait bien
The air conditioning did not work and it was very hot. Difficult to sleep. The reception tried to make up some story about the the AC only working if the exterior temps reached a certain level, and the exterior temps passed the level they mentioned. I would not have booked this hotel if I did not think it had A/C, "climatisation". I wish Booking.com would verify the A/C in hotels before listing them under that search criteria.

It is cheap...but that is about it.
old, dirty, dated, very basic, inflexible check-in nd check-out. It is in front of. huge hospital so you get a lot of people just sleeping there to visit family at hospital.

The receptionist who checked us in was great. very good customer service.
To change towels was charged.
To get our rooms cleaned was charged.
We got asked to leave the breakfast room at 10am as then needed to close up and clean.
Very poor customer service. We even had to buy our own toilet paper.
