Very Good
Location of the hotel and great staff.
Small room and uncomfortable bed and pillows. The closest parking lot was almost a mile away and cost us €101 for three days. Yikes! I could have bought a lot and made my own parking space for that much.

Very clean hotel, the lounge is a great place to have a glass of wine in the afternoon, very friendly staff. The room had a nespresso machine. The balcony was great, you can see the river from there. Very good location.
The room was a perhaps a little small, however it was the size that was advertized. It works for a short stay.

Staff were incredibly helpful and kind. It was a quiet hotel, perfect place to work and explore the city! I stayed here after booked an airbnb during a heatwave... the airbnb didn't have AC so I came here, and it was exactly what I needed. I'd absolutely stay here or in any other OKKO locations again.
No refrigerator in the room, water stations didn't have carafes available so you had to bring your own bottle. Not a huge deal at all, just required some coordinating.

Location is excellent. A short walk to Lafayette with 3 artisinak boulangeries. Walkable to les halles de paul bocuse. Walkable over the bridge to vieux lyon. The lounge is very comfortable. There are 5 juices, coffee and tea, nuts, lemon cake, chocolate cake and madelaines.
The bed linen made me itchy. Also the lights and ac would go on and off sporadically.

Location was great, the staff most of them were pleasant and helpful. Amenities were nice especially the club room. We did not participate in the breakfast, but the snacks and drinks were nice and welcoming bonus.
There are three negatives. The room is extremely dark. The lighting switches were confusing, and the lights were just too dim. Understand need to save the power and planet, and I support that fully, but the configuration could have been done better to get some light in the room, as not to make it too gloomy. The second issue is the bathroom layout, similar to many France hotels, the bathrooms are small, but design of these are not comfortable for a couple to share. I understand this was built, and cannot be changed, but feedback the management needs to be aware for future. Also the shower doors leak, that does not help the situation. Finally, their Wifi is free, but crazy slow. I disconnected and used my phone data as it was just painfully slow. That is something management can take care of.

The staff is exceptional, the location is prime, the breakfast is excellent, and the room size is adequate with a comfortable bed. The complimentary access to coffee and various juices 24/7 made our stay in the hotel nearly as comfortable as at home.

Perfect location for exploring Lyon. Friendly staff were always available for questions. Hot drinks station was very convenient for morning and afternoon coffee. Good value for price paid, well worth the extra cost for balcony room.
Only criticism was very small bathrooms

Nothing - there were lights that didn’t work in my room and it was difficult to turn everything off and get into bed at night. A light by the bed that works without turning everything off would be great

The hotel is a good concept of having lots of communal space with drinks and snacks and a welcoming aspect. The location on the banks of the Rhone between two bridges (one pedestrian) to Presque Isle was exceptional, and the small splurge for a Rhone view room was worth it (with a French balcony even, on the 5th floor, see photo of the view from the room).
A single small elevator can lead to some waits especially if trying to go with more than minimal luggage. Also the room was extremely economical with space, which was fine for our two nights and a diet of being out and about, but if one is staying longer, or needs to work remotely, we would have found this a bit hampering. This may be best for couples or siblings, and bit tight for just friends.

The common area with the happy hour snacks and drinks was really nice and appreciated. Check in was friendly and easy.
The bathroom light beams into the room in the middle of the night because it is not a real wall. The bathroom was so small. We also thought the breakfast was way too expensive.

Our one-night stay at Okko Hotel was truly unforgettable!
The hotel’s design, cleanliness, location, and staff were all exceptional. The breakfast was made of high-quality, healthy food, and we were especially impressed by how thoughtfully the hotel considers every little detail to ensure guests feel comfortable and valued.
I highly recommend this hotel to everyone!

Disappointing
Location was great. Staff was kind.
The room was musty!! Made me sick for 3 days. Tried to change it and they asked for extra charge. Rugs in the corridors are dirty and smelly. Not safe for people with allergies. The sustainability trend went too far on the expense of being a 4 stars hotel: room was small, air conditioner was poor (too hot inside the room), no proper ventilation/air circulation, no mini fridge, no laundry basket/bag, no closet to put away the clothes (just a pole with a light on top with the some shelves on the corner of the room). Water pressure in the shower was weak.
