The beddings was a natural organic cotton which was surprisingly comfortable given the rougher texture of the weave. The pillows were not fluffy enough for my taste but very nice. The location of the hotel was outstanding. The rooms were very well soundproofed and since we were there during the Fete de la Musique when booming bass and noise continues into the wee hours of the morning, I can affirmatively state the soundproofing worked well. Access to drinks and snacks all day in Le Club was very much appreciated. All the staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful.
The first room (602) was supposedly an "upgrade". Although it was a larger room than booked, we hated it. We arrived on June 21st to experience the Fete de la Musique so we deposited our luggage and headed out to enjoy the sights. When we got back to our hotel late in the evening, the room was a hot box and we felt like a dog stuck in a car on a hot summer day with the windows rolled up. We adjusted the A/C moving the dial toward the "-" sign, turned the fan on High and tried to sleep. After a couple hours of miserable sweaty sleep, we took a picture of the thermostat and went to the front desk to make sure we had settings correct. The front desk informed us that the dial should be turned toward the "+" rather than "-" (?? weird but ok??). We adjusted and tried to sleep in the hot sauna. In the morning the room was hotter inside than outside so we opened the balcony door for some airflow. We asked the front desk to move us to another room and we moved to room 501 and our second night was MUCH more comfortable albeit in a smaller room. Kudos to the front desk staff for their assistance but caution to anyone booked in room 602 if the area is experiencing a heat wave ... the A/C doesn't work at all. It was hotter inside than out. We also weren't a fan of the bathroom set ups. Room 602 was windows with vinyl application where the middle was frosted and the tops and bottoms were fade outs (no privacy). Room 501 was also windows but had wooded shutters adjusted at an angle making it more difficult to see in but still didn't offer privacy. When sitting on the toilet you could see the people in the room perfectly but they could only see in the top half. Very awkward bathroom set ups. Why the hotel designed the bathrooms with sightlines from the room is a mystery to me.

The staff at the hotel were very welcoming and helpful.The breakfast buffet was good. The hotel is well located on the river and an easy walk to the old town .We appreciated the free access to drinks machine and small snacks.
Bathroom was tiny, and difficult to use - no space !

Great location! All the tourist sites are within walking distance, but it is quieter than staying on the Presqu’île or Old Town.
We really enjoyed the Club - good selection of snacks and drinks. The aperitivo is also a big plus!
Everything was good! The bathroom is a bit small, but for the price we can’t complain! ;)

The free snacking was great and the wonderful staff very helpful and friendly. Water on each floor.
The room lights difficult to work out almost fell in the dark as couldn’t get light working from bed.
