Wonderful
The location of the hotel was excellent. Very central and only a 10-15 minute walk to Old Town Lyon. We enjoyed the breakfast and the bar with happy hour! The hotel room was clean, quiet, comfortable, spacious, and modern/unique appearing!

Don't be fooled by the cool lobby downstairs once you reach your room the air conditioning serves no purpose. Be ready to fall asleep drenched in sweat and uncomfortable for the rest of the night. I understand that it's France and there isn't widespread air conditioning but when you advertise having air conditioning and you have the temperature at 69°f in the lobby and 84°f in the rooms it's very miserable. The entire Westfield mall is more evenly climate controlled. The lighting in the room was very poor at night. The only way to get light during the day was to open the shades and let the summer heat in. The bathroom was also small and weird to move around in. On the plus side, they had snacks, they had almonds, and lemon water. The housekeeping was on point. I love it when they fold my wife's jammies.

Very clean and in a great location. Loved the Le Club facilities. Great renovation of old property. The rooms are small but compact, with everything you need. Comfortable bed and pillows, loved the linen bedlinen, and the water filters available on every floor.
No complaints….except we didn’t have coffee capsules replaced for our final morning.

The hotel is at a nice location and had really good service. Staff were friendly and the lounge room had 24 hour access.

Exceptional breakfast, staff is very welcoming and helpful with any questions. It was very hot during our stay (97F), we enjoyed the AC in the hotel and the appetizer hour / excellent snacks in the Club area (complementary). We tried the cheese and charcuterie plate in the restaurant later that night and it was very good as well. Hotel is in a good location, easy public transport to train station and walkable distance from the old town. Bedding was luxuriously comfortable.
The bathroom/shower area did not have the best floor plan (you have to go through the shower to access the bathroom), but it was spotless clean.

- Located on the river bank, 25 min walk from the train station, and within walking distance to the old city (depending on how much you like walking).
- Room was clean and comfortable.
- Hotel offers generous check-in/out time.
- Our stay had breakfast included. It was much better than "European average variety": station with a few cheeses, smoked salmon, ham, vegetables for salad, boxed and home-made yogurt, boiled and scrambled eggs, bacon, pastry and fruits. If you don't have breakfast included, you can pay EUR 20 p/p per night; if you have to eat heavy in the morning, it might be worth it.
- Hotel offers 24/7 still and carbonated water as well as coffee (and specialty coffee) and organic tea, along with some light snacks (depending on the time of the day). There is also a nice lounge zone to chill or work. Also, there is a gym - although we didn't go there.
- We had to change our room after 1 night (personal reasons) and hotel was able to accommodate.
- Hotel had the AC, however it was unable to deal with the summer heat they had when we visited in June.
- The rooms do not have mini-fridge for "ecological" purpose. I get that, but being unable to store anything overnight was not great for us.
- The shower space was good, but I found the toilet area a bit narrow; it will definitely not be comfortable for a bigger person. Also, the bathroom is just a partition from the room, so there is no noise reducing capacity (in case you may be uncomfortable using toilet with your significant other in the room.
- The rooms don't have iron. However, the hotel allegedly offers an ironing room where you can go and do it yourself for free.

Good location, close to things, but not in a noisy location.
By American standards, the rooms are small. The separation from bathroom to bedroom is glass with louvers so if you are traveling with a companion, if you need to use the bathroom at night you cannot turn the lights on. They need more coffee/tea cups in the breakfast room. There was always a shortage.

The quality of the provided breakfast was top notch. With enough time to be able to have an early or late breakfast. We appreciated the availability of various gluten-free products. We really liked that a large lounge was available 24/7 with magazines, newspapers, snacks, coffee and filtered water. They also had a happy hour with food and drinks. The location of the hotel by the river was great and all interesting sites were within walking distance. The staff was super friendly and very helpful with useful advice about Lyon.
A minor point, at some times the breakfast room can be crowded for such a popular hotel but the staff was quick to help you out.
