Wonderful
The staff, room, and the food/break area were fantastic! The shower was the only negative, as it was a good idea, poorly executed. The rain head either needs extended out into shower or hand-held needs to be able to go higher so you’re not against the wall, so close to drain. Otherwise, we loved this place! Food/drink was good and everyone was exceptionally friendly and helpful. No matter what direction you walked it was located centrally.

Very Good
Really friendly and helpful staff. Good location from which to explore main areas on foot. Very clean and good beds. One hour parking bay outside property very useful to unload luggage before parking about 5 minutes away.
Very very small (but immaculately clean) bathroom and bedroom. No toiletries apart from soap so remember to bring your own. No in-room fridge but hotel let me use theirs overnight

Very Good
Room size was really nice. Love the contemporary design. Mattress was comfortable, although not a huge fan of the duvet fabric. Happy to find a coffee machine,
Breakfast was typical to the standard of the hotel, good products, fresh. Appreciate the quality of the croissants and bread.
Location is very nice, close to public transportation, or walking to Presqu'ile.
The bathroom: the fact that you needed to enter through the shower...not safe at all if it's wet...had to be very careful to not slip.

Club area comfortable and good
In our room the bathroom and the toilet are organized in a way that water from shower left in toilet area so towels needed for the floor

Wonderful
Location, cost, comfort, the happy hour with wine and charcuterie and the staff
The lights in our room were oddly arranged. Also the HVAC was difficult to control - either too hot or off.

Disappointing
Club area is nice to hang out in, which includes snacks and drinks, including juices, tea, coffee. There's a daily evening apéritif and happy hour. Fantastic location.
My first night was in a "Classic" room on the 6th floor. This felt less like a hotel room and more like a budget attic space. The ceilings were low, and the room was cramped. Worst of all, the insulation was non-existent. The single-pane windows let in both street noise and freezing drafts. Despite turning the heating to the max, I woke up shivering in the middle of the night and had to sleep in a sweater. I also overheard other guests in the lobby complaining about the cold, so this seems to be a systemic issue.
After I complained, the staff moved me to a room on the 1st floor the following night. The difference was night and day. This room (also a "Classic") was spacious, had high ceilings, and featured double windows that completely blocked out the noise and kept the heat in.
While I appreciate the room move, it is disappointing that both of these rooms are sold under the same "Classic" category for the same price. The 6th-floor room is significantly inferior in quality and comfort. It felt unfair to pay full price for the first night’s freezing, miserable experience.

Very Good
Location of the hotel and great staff.
Small room and uncomfortable bed and pillows. The closest parking lot was almost a mile away and cost us €101 for three days. Yikes! I could have bought a lot and made my own parking space for that much.

Wonderful
Very clean hotel, the lounge is a great place to have a glass of wine in the afternoon, very friendly staff. The room had a nespresso machine. The balcony was great, you can see the river from there. Very good location.
The room was a perhaps a little small, however it was the size that was advertized. It works for a short stay.

Staff were incredibly helpful and kind. It was a quiet hotel, perfect place to work and explore the city! I stayed here after booked an airbnb during a heatwave... the airbnb didn't have AC so I came here, and it was exactly what I needed. I'd absolutely stay here or in any other OKKO locations again.
No refrigerator in the room, water stations didn't have carafes available so you had to bring your own bottle. Not a huge deal at all, just required some coordinating.

Location is excellent. A short walk to Lafayette with 3 artisinak boulangeries. Walkable to les halles de paul bocuse. Walkable over the bridge to vieux lyon. The lounge is very comfortable. There are 5 juices, coffee and tea, nuts, lemon cake, chocolate cake and madelaines.
The bed linen made me itchy. Also the lights and ac would go on and off sporadically.

Pleasant
Location was great, the staff most of them were pleasant and helpful. Amenities were nice especially the club room. We did not participate in the breakfast, but the snacks and drinks were nice and welcoming bonus.
There are three negatives. The room is extremely dark. The lighting switches were confusing, and the lights were just too dim. Understand need to save the power and planet, and I support that fully, but the configuration could have been done better to get some light in the room, as not to make it too gloomy. The second issue is the bathroom layout, similar to many France hotels, the bathrooms are small, but design of these are not comfortable for a couple to share. I understand this was built, and cannot be changed, but feedback the management needs to be aware for future. Also the shower doors leak, that does not help the situation. Finally, their Wifi is free, but crazy slow. I disconnected and used my phone data as it was just painfully slow. That is something management can take care of.
