Willing personnel during breakfast, all food of the world
We have taken a chair in bar and asked the waiter for an espresso, we were forced to pay immediately after service even though we wanted to order something more. It was afternoon in a quite hours.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were wonderful — friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout out visit. Both the hotel and the room were very clean and well maintained. Breakfast was good and provided a nice start to the day. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.

Room is narrow with children, furnatures and bathroom to be renewed.

Superb breakfast. Family-friendly. The start were genuinely friendly, accomodating & spoke both French & English fluently.
The pool area seemed a bit tired. Could do with a refurbishment and some attention.

Hotel employee at the front desk was great. She remembered us from the first day. The staff we interacted with were overall ok.
The water had a strange smell in the building. The floor had a defuser that created a strong smell, which made us feel like it was hiding something. The pillows and bed we not a good match and hurt our backs and neck. The ceiling was visibly patched up.

Reception area and restaurant modern
Rooms very small, very dated, strong smell of unpleasant cleaner in corridors, rooms could be cleaner (hairs/mould in bathrooms). Sheets/towels-very clean. Breakfast was hectic.

In general it could be more clean, specially the windows around the pool where very dirty.

Property ok as English difficult in finding the turning a little and disabled parking not adequate one space allocated two car parking very close together difficulty in getting out probably would not stay because of this again

The staff were very helpful. It’s a nice place to stay. Comfortable beds. Clean.
They have an average restaurant that made it possible for us not to have to take a taxi into town for food.
I thought from the description that the hotel is close to old town, but it is far away.
It also does not appear to be in the best part of town.

Breakfast was amazing! Kid friendly hotel, clean, parking is convenient and staff were friendly.
Bed mattress was soft and a little uncomfortable.
