Breakfast and bar in the evenings, great rooms, surprised with see through glass with on and off button from the shower, you can watch your partner shower from the bed!

The hotel was very nice. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They have parking (paid), which is additional facility. Breakfast was good, with plenty of choices. The hotel is merged with Confluence shopping center, which offers you many shops, restaurants and children activities.

Manager lacking resoluciones. No heat in The room in november. Terrible nigth at 0 grades Celsius outside. The staff came with two devices that worked for a couple of minutes And then stopped. Last third one also stopped after 30 more minutes And in this time The fault it was because the plug. This gives you an indication of the level of maintenance in the hotel. After a terrible nigth The manager offer a refund of 50 % Of the cost. Not enougf at all.

Excellent location in one of Lyon’s best areas. Very quiet and yet well connected with public transportation and many restaurants nearby. Very friendly and helpful staff.

The receptionist spoke bird and we could not understand and my friend is French. The evening meal was appalling- and I demanded a reduction and got it. (Burnt dry chips and a salmon something or other.). The waiters swanned around as though they were the stars in their own films. The breakfast was cheap and nasty. The reception sent us to -1 instead of 0 to take our taxi.
