Nice quiet rooms
The hotel obviously had issues with its air conditioning system. The AC in the rooms was very ineffective and we could see the staff had been installing fans is the electrical cupboards and around the hotel to try and keep things cooler during a hot period.

The location is great, and the rooms are clean, tidy, well-equipped, and spacious.
The entrance to the hotel is inadequate considering the price and ranking of the hotel, right next to the entrance there are garbage containers, they should at least be hidden if they have to be there.

The view from our room was kinda sad, on a closed interior court.
The neighborhood was nice, but a bit far from the city center and the tram line sometimes did not function.

Great location, easy parking. Rooms were nicely done, modern and very comfortable. We had a interconnecting room for pur teenage children which was perfect. Lovely roof terrace by river to have a drink and enjoy the view. Breakfast was great, lots of choice. Children were free too.

Location for the shopping centre was good.
The fact we had bed bugs was horrific!! The staff when told we’d paid in advance were confrontational and rude and condescending and argumentative!!
