The apartment layout was uncomfortable — very narrow and long. One toilet was not enough for the apartment size, and the bathroom ventilator ran all night with no option to turn it off.

The room was beyond perfect.
There is a parking garage near.
For this trip my wife was very ill and crawled into bed and did not get out of it until we checked out.
Thank you to the staff for having the room ready and letting us check early for her.
The bed was comfortable and large. The bedding was crisp and clean.
The room was clean.
The bathroom was spacious, water pressure was great, the hot water never ended and the shower gel had a great scent.
There was a kettle, tea, fridge, microwave, sink and some dishes.
LARGE room and super high ceilings.
If we come back to Lyon we will book this hotel.

Location was perfect for the center of Lyon. The suite was modern and efficiently designed. The delivered breakfast was tasty and fresh. Easy safe access to the room.

The location was good. The big bathtub was very nice and the bed was comfortable.
Most hotels provide free drinking water in these days, but MiHotel didn't. The coffee machine and the oven didn't work. The shower head was anemic and had no pressure. In the shower, there was no place to put any toiletries. The lighting in the living room and the kitchen were not adequate.

This is a self check in property, which was reasonably easy. Great location. The box delivered breakfast was excellent and more than sufficient. Bed comfortable. More than adequate for our needs.
The washing machine leaked water everywhere and the coffee machine worked but the water tank had a crack in it and also leaked. We reported the issues to the company and I assume it will be fixed.

There were extra stairs inside the apartment, which was not expected.
Wi-Fi was not great and it was interrupted oftenly.
Paid breakfast was just a box in front of the door with bread, yogurt and bottle with orange.

The tub was great to relax in after a long day.
Our door did not open with the room key provided. Support for this issue was not resolved through the chat portal, and concerns were not addressed at all. The payment was processed in a way that seemed suspicious.

The keypad entry to the building was touchy. It sometimes took multiple attempts before the door opened. The lack of any staff onsite made this more frustrating.

Pretty old building, good lift to 2nd floor.
Almost nothing in the kitchen-not a complete set of silverware, cups, not enough towels.
Asked for an extra bed, but did not come with sheets or towels. Other single bed had sheets on top of slip covered topper.

The staff at the company were very nice and responded quickly to emails. They let us store our luggage at their office.
The room was in a pleasant part of town and very clean.
The walls are paper thin and the when the people next door walked around it sounded like they were in our room. Very disturbing at night and made it difficult to sleep

The design of the apartment is amazing. Great location in the old town. Doors with codes, therefore trouble free check in process. 2 bathrooms. Comfort beds. Minibar available in the room. Fully equipped apartment.
No electrical sockets in the smaller bedroom. There is only outlet for telephone but you cannot charge your laptop. There are a few in the other rooms.
