The location of the hotel is great, a big shopping mall with restaurants, train station and metro station are in a walking distance. The size of the room is OK and it is also clean. The variations at breakfast are good for a couple of days.
The neighbourhood of the hotel is very dirty and smelly, it definitely took the mood off when we took a walk with the kids. It was impossible to cool down the room with the available AC, so all the nights were quite warm. The way going down to the garage is very smelly as well, the smell was close to a public toilet.

Perfect property for a location close to the train station (not for tourist attractions).
A basic room with a child is too tight. The space is not maximised. No AC (we had two rooms and in both the ac was bit fonctionnal)

Bedroom was too hot and could not regulate the temperature. The shower was mehhh. No pressure.

I liked that they took the luggage from us for the rest of the day after we checked out and how close it was to the station, also the room was quite spacious. Also i liked the reception in general
I checked in at 11pm but i already sent a message informing them and they confirmed it, however when i arrived and i was super exhausted there were some confusion as if we already checked in and we waited a little bit till this was handled.
Also, first they gave us one keycard for the room and I had to ask for another key for my wife and family, which never happened to me anywhere. Usually any hotel give a family 2 cards.

The room was so clean and the bathroom was wide and clean. We (4 people) loved the big two beds. We could sleep without kicking the others. The staffs were very kind, too! The train station is really close so that we could save our time when arriving and leaving.

My train was cancelled in Lyon. I walked 5 minutes to hotel, It was before 9am. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They put away my bag, i had breakfast and they had a room ready for me around 12! Room was a nice size and very clean.

Restaurant was so nice and the food so good. Staff were helpful when I had a few questions. The bed was very comfortable and the room was warm and inviting. Location was great and so convenient when taking a train or heading to airport.

Disappointing
Really nothing.
There is something to fix in each room where I was. Because there was something wrong in each room I asked to change room ...and it happened again...like the kettle does not work in a room, the water runs along the shower hose in the other etc....In addition tap water is no longer offered at the restaurant. it is replaced by " filtered water" which is costly..I did not appreciated my stay.
