Wonderful
It was a very nice hotel, within walking distance of work. The breakfast was very nice with many choices.
There was a person who screamed all night long in a room on the floor below. He woke me several times and made the experience a little frightening. When I told the office staff, they knew that there was an issue but seemed reticent to call the police or check on the man.

1- I sent them that I’m going to arrive early. They charged me 30 € for the early check in.
2- I booked 2 rooms, one of them the AC is not working. Told them about it & they couldn’t do anything except provide a small electric fan!!!

Our room was amazing, with a wrap-around balcony overlooking the Place des Jacobins. The bathroom was clean and modern with great shower pressure. Lots of space for suitcases. Comfortable bed. Location was within a 10-15 min walk to almost all of the main sightseeing areas.

Location lovely room comfortable bed good shower pleasant staff near to cafes and bakeries
Room was too warm and they could not get the air conditioning to cool. Coffee maker not easy to understand and never could get coffee only hot water

The location of the hotel made it easy for us to walk to activities, shopping, restaurants. The hotel is very clean
No place to unpack clothes. There is a closet with one shelf. Bathroom has one shelf.
We caught the hotel in a weather transition (cool to warm) so no air conditioning. Room was pretty warm at night under the heavy duvet covers. Unable to adjust temperature

Amazing location, close to everything! Staff was fantastic - great service! Bed was comfortable, there was plenty of closet space, and shower was easy to use with plenty of hot water. Lots of restaurant choices within a 10 min walk.
Room got very warm even with the heat off - 23.5°C (74°F) when the outside temperature was 10°C (50°F). We had to open the windows to cool the room down. Bathroom could use more counter space, and the floor got very wet after showering (pretty standard).

Location is excellent. Close to tourist sites, restaurants, shops & the rivers.
The room was spacious, well equipped & had a super view of the square.
The staff were accommodating, friendly helpful.
Very little to fault. Perhaps the breakfast was a little underwhelming-ran out of several items and staff there seemed reluctant to replenish.

Great breakfast. Excellent location. You can walk to almost all main attractions.
Heating the room was a bit difficult when the weather was cold. Ancient A/C system that only made noise but not proper heat.
