I always like staying at that hotel. Everybody speaks English and is super friendly. Breakfast is amazing. You can go from the private parking garage into your room. The bar is fun to hang out at. The bed is super comfortable. Yo ucan ope nteh windows thats a huge +.
They need shelves in the bathroom. Several of my beauty products fell on the floor since I had to put them on a chair. Otherwise, nothing to complain about, everything is great.

The restaurant and breakfast were super nice and I was able to sit for dinner during peak hours with no problem. The receptionists were friendly and helpful.
The room was pretty hot and it was difficult to get it to a nice temp.

Clean room. Comfy bed. Friendly staff.
Crowded breakfast with too little staff to refill clean glasses/mugs and tidy places. Smell of tobacco inside lifts. Extremely tight/cramped parking garage.

I stay at this hotel relatively frequently - largely due to how welcoming & helpful the staff are. I also appreciate how quiet it is - not all hotels are. The breakfast is also of a high standard.
I miss having a kettle in my room - but this is only a small point.
