I always like staying at that hotel. Everybody speaks English and is super friendly. Breakfast is amazing. You can go from the private parking garage into your room. The bar is fun to hang out at. The bed is super comfortable. Yo ucan ope nteh windows thats a huge +.
They need shelves in the bathroom. Several of my beauty products fell on the floor since I had to put them on a chair. Otherwise, nothing to complain about, everything is great.

The restaurant and breakfast were super nice and I was able to sit for dinner during peak hours with no problem. The receptionists were friendly and helpful.
The room was pretty hot and it was difficult to get it to a nice temp.

I love the artsy, unique and creative decor of mama shelter! The food is great and if you’re looking for a lively atmosphere on the weekend the dj was really fun. The location is very close to the metro which is also accessible to the main tram station. The room was comfortable and the staff was welcoming and even let us check in a little early!
The ac was a little low/humid and the room could’ve been cleaned a little more as I found some hairs that weren’t ours. I wish the rooftop was still there and the terrace stayed open later, but overall it was a great stay!

The staff were wonderful. The room was very clean. The location was excellent, very close to the Jean Mace metro stop. While the full breakfast was expensive, one could have croissants and coffee very reasonably.
The polyester duvets were a bit hot, and the bar shampoo wasn’t great.

Breakfast was great
It was weird that they provide only solid soap and it wasnt polite that they tell us to buy our own liquid shampoo from somewhere outside and even tell us ironically how to use solid shampoo for washing our hair when we ask for a liquid shampoo.
It is near to metro station but going to the center from here was a waste of time.
It was not logical to block our card when we make check in for a deposit in the amount of approx. Eu 950. We have been told that even if we make the full payment, this deposit is blocked until they control the room after check out.
