experience at check in. room was not ready by 3pm. view was facing a wall of other rooms..instead of the park or the mountain. payment was already made before arriving to the hotel yet staff asked to pay then when we showed the confirmation of payment he said ok!

Breakfast was good. Room size was good. Very quiet and easy to reach the hotel with car. Also good deal with parking + EV charging 32 EUR (total).
The tiles in the bathroom were shaking :). A next room party with load music and talking at 5 Am until 7 AM. Staff came only at avout 8:30 to talk with them. Apparently they either left the hotel or got moved.

The hotel location is good. The breakfast was nice. Rooms were clean. The staff was very helpful. In particular, I'm very grateful to concierge Daniel who helped me with starting my car at the hotel underground parking.
I had problems with getting to the hotel underground paking. And this was not just me, but there were other geusts who got confused, as well. The hotel should draw a clear plan or cheme how to get to their geusts parking lot.

Located in a business centre and easy access to everywhere, just behind the National Park and zoo

Location
It’s the second time that we book at the Marriott with our baby and twice the temperature was too cold for an hotel room! It was impossible to regulate and change the temperature ourselves.
We called the reception the first time and someone came but clearly didn’t change anything. There are no extra blankets in the room for us.
Our baby couldn’t sleep as the temperature was clearly below 19C.
Last week, we told the reception the next day and they said that we would be offered the parking fee. I just got charged for it! Really disappointed!

The room was very comfortable, quiet and spacious. We had a wonderful View of the Park and we like the location. The parking is convenient as well.
The général light switch didn't work. The restaurant attached to the hôtel, Zucca, did a wonderful breakfast. However, the dinner was disgusting, the order was incorrect and when my husband tried to have the situation rectified, the manager did not accommodate us whatsoever. That was disappointing. We definitely do no recommend the restaurant for dinner.
