Great location with easy access to the old town and both sides of the Saone. Comfortable rooms and beds. Great staff! Shout out to Clara; she was delightful and made a huge difference to our trip with her charm, sense of humour, and knowledge of the area. She's a keeper!

The room overlooked a glass atrium with bright lights on all day and most the the night. Even though curtains were drawn strong light around them very visible. Also a large power fan attached to the wall outside came on and emitted a loud hum during the night
The cleaners were talking very loudly outside our door the first morning which was very intrusive

Location is in the city, the room is clean, the bathroom we stay in has a bit of crack so a bit safety hazard and toilet no toilet roll holder. Overall is value for money.
The breakfast is substandard for the value. The coffee and the breakfast around the areas much better.

The location is excellent, staff very friendly, breakfast was good. The best bread and croissants we have had this trip. Free still and sparkling water in the lobby was a nice touch

Beautifully appointed double room with view of river in Vieux-Lyon, close to landmarks, restaurants and shops. But the best part was the reception service. Everyone is warm, friendly and helpful that I’m going back!
