Reception staff were friendly and helpful
The room had no view. The windows opened onto an internal stairwell used by all other guests. The decor was tasteless and over the top. A large jacuzzi took up lots of space. The roof leaked during an overnight storm soaking some of our luggage

only one thing , the attendant Alexis is a very helpful and pleasant person . He is the receptionist , bell boy , manager , travel agent , all rolled into one as there is no other staff
its a very small ne very old structure where out of seven , some rooms have been made barely habitable and others are still under renovation . sleeping arrangement in on ground level , and bathroom has been made artificially creating a mezzanine level . you have to climb 15 steps to access and it is quite unsafe also . you bang your head on roof while going up and down . Theres a good chance of falling down . apart from tea and coffee maker in the room , theres no arrangement for any food . it seems that booking.com has done no survey of the facility before giving it a score of 8.9 . I intend to take up with them for a refund .

The location was awful, as there was absolutely no parking. Parking was any street parking available ( not in the actual road which was a one way street, very steep and with a literal very tight hair pin bend) so it involved a walk on steep cobbled streets with luggage.!! It is not an hotel, it has no kitchen. It has no breakfast room. It has no dining room.It buys in breakfast/meals which can be delivered to your room at an exorbitant price. There is no reception and staff (one person) is only at the premise until 1900.
This is not an Hotel, it is room hire! There is no breakfast room/dining room. The place does not have a kitchen. It does not have a bar. It has no parking. Reception only staffed part time and only until 1800 hrs. It is in a very steep one way street a walk from any available street parking. The hotel suggested underground parking in the old town which is at least 2KM extremely steep uphill trek!!!!!! This is a luxury bedroom for rent at a very expensive rate. It is a steep downhill walk into the old Town if you want a breakfast, lunch or dinner!! We visited late September and the room was full of mosquitoes. Would have thought staff might have sprayed it after cleaning, whilst we were out at the price they charged. No service whatsoever.
