It was very comfortable and good location and good value for the money.
The kitchen supplies were very limited. There was no frying pan, no dish cloth, no dish soap, no hot mitt, no cutting board so people have cut on the island.

This hotel has an excellent location where there is the metro station that is quite convenient for you to go to other parts of the city. And there are a few restaurants and groceries nearby open until late at night every day so that you will never get starvation even at weekend. Its underground parking that is safe and easy to enter and get out is really a big advantage in my eyes. Rooms were clean, tidy and equipped-well with almost everything that everyday life needs. The last but most important is that its frontal desk staff were kind, gentle and warmhearted.

The apartment was spacious, comfortable, well-equipped, and tastefully furnished. Quentin and Anais, the hosts were super responsive when we had questions. It was nice to have a private terrace to enjoy the sunshine. It's a short walk from lots of restaurants and shopping, as well as Montelimar Castle. We appreciated the private parking space - it's quite large, the challenge is to reverse in from the narrow street.

Extremely clean, easy to get to, nice facilities and very, very quiet. Will definitely go back if we visit Lyon again. Staff was nice and helpful and it's pleasant to check out at 11.
We asked for two single beds but they were stuck together so it kind of ruined the purpose

We have stayed several times when visiting Lyon. Friendly and helpful staff, very handy location, close to the metro and everything you need for a pleasant stay. Handy kitchenette, decent size room and bathroom.

The hotel is located near metro, very easy connection to city centre. I felt safety in around the hotel.
There is no cleaning service for shorter stay, which is ok. But I was missing tools to wash dishies and groom floor with.

It was nicely warm in the room (heating system was great), which is very rare for the accommodation in Lyon. The room was quite spacious, overlooking very nice backyard. It is wonderfully equipped in terms of kitchen appliances, though we didn't use them. Hotel is a few steps from metro stop, taking you in 15 min to the center of the city. There are a lot of cafes, restaurants and supermarkets in vicinity.
Towels are changed on the reception. Guests have to throw out garbage by themselves, as well as to wash their dishes - since rooms are equipped with dishwashers and you get washing kit during the check-in, it would be nice if it includes some dishwasher's capsules as well and not only the equipment for manual washing. Furniture is somewhat worn out.
