Very Good
A little far from the city center on foot but the hotel is right next to the metro station that takes you there. There was also a farmers market and other shops and restaurants outside the hotel, making using the kitchen very convenient. The room itself was very clean, loved having the kitchenette in the room.
Even though there was AC, it barely did anything. The lowest it went was 15 degrees, yet it always felt above 20 in the room. For context the lobby was at 15 and it was always colder than the room. The staff were friendly but unfortunately they had no way of fixing it nor did they have fans for the room. The room was uncomfortable at times and we had a hard time sleeping because of this. This is our only complaint.

Good, quiet and clean location. Very close to the metro and easy to walk to the city center ( 20-25 minutes relaxed walk). Several groceries close by, several quite good restaurants around. Room was decent size, you have some kitchen utensils available. There is a a small fridge in the room, a coffee filter available, bread toaster and a hot water heater.
Breakfast is OK, limited selection and same menu always but is enough to start the day: you get eggs (fried / boiled), several types of cheeses, some cold cuts, several types of very good French bread, yogurt and sweets, coffee and tea. No vegetables and just some apples.
Beds were a little to hard but this is just me maybe. Cleaning was done only once during a two week stay; agreed, you are informed at the reception that it will be done so but...I expect at least the garbage to be taken out of the room more often.

This aparthotel building is located on a busy street, with everything walking distance and quiet at night. Right around the corner there's a food market and many shops. The rooms should be upgraded and more modern, they fulfill the basic needs, clean and French specific with the toilet separated from the bathroom - not an issue, easier with 2 people. Kitchen was equipped and the balcony was quite big. Option to park underground or street parking available. Good for the value!

It was very comfortable and good location and good value for the money.
The kitchen supplies were very limited. There was no frying pan, no dish cloth, no dish soap, no hot mitt, no cutting board so people have cut on the island.

This hotel has an excellent location where there is the metro station that is quite convenient for you to go to other parts of the city. And there are a few restaurants and groceries nearby open until late at night every day so that you will never get starvation even at weekend. Its underground parking that is safe and easy to enter and get out is really a big advantage in my eyes. Rooms were clean, tidy and equipped-well with almost everything that everyday life needs. The last but most important is that its frontal desk staff were kind, gentle and warmhearted.

The apartment was spacious, comfortable, well-equipped, and tastefully furnished. Quentin and Anais, the hosts were super responsive when we had questions. It was nice to have a private terrace to enjoy the sunshine. It's a short walk from lots of restaurants and shopping, as well as Montelimar Castle. We appreciated the private parking space - it's quite large, the challenge is to reverse in from the narrow street.
