All hail to the postman who remodeled this beautiful old building with what must have been much blood, sweat, and tears. All the furnishings are of the highest quality and the apartment is right in the center of all that you need. We were offered a safe, dry place to store our bicycles, and the nice host even gave us tools and towels to perform some much-needed bicycle maintenance. He also allowed us to check in early. A plentiful breakfast awaited us in our room each morning, included in the price that made every penny worth it.

The heater stopped working at 4:00 am and the cold woke me up. I was unable to turn it back on while it was very cold puisse (-4°c).

This was an exceptional place to stay at an exceptional value. We were honestly impressed, not only with the comfortable, spacious living quarters and great location but also the little touches and details that created the sense of a little home away from home. I could not recommend this place enough.

The apartment is better and more spacious than the pictures. The staff are very kind and helpful and very quick to respond. They helped us with the laundry and even let us use one of their driers when ours wasn’t working. The location cannot be beat if you want to stay in Vieux Lyon. The stairs are no joke so if you’re physically challenged I’d take that into consideration, otherwise I would definitely recommend staying here!

The location in the heart of Old Lyon is perfect, and the apartment is just on the edge of the most riotously noisy area.
My strong preference is for small local hotels with sometimes welcoming, sometimes eccentric but entertaining staff, there to help carry a heavy suitcase up narrow winding stairs and provide a good, solid breakfast with a choice of yogurt, cheese, breads, eggs, coffee, tea, and fresh fruit. I was surprised to find only a refrigerator full of yogurt, fruit, juice, packets of cheese, and an admittedly fancy espresso machine, all “do-it-yourself”. For the traveler who likes a more anonymous experience, the place would be ideal.

Franck was extremely responsive. The property was beautiful and had everything you could ever want. The location was perfect. All of the many amenities added a sense of comfort and were easy to use. The bathroom, bathtub and shower were top notch. Easy to use and efficient washer and dryer. My favorite stay of anywhere I have rented. Thank you, Franck

Lovely apartment with the best location for exploring Lyon. The apartment was very clean and roomy with tall windows. Only minimal steps to climb to get into the place and the instructions were clear. Parking at Parking LPA St. George was only a 4-minute walk away. It was bright and safe. Owner gave us an extra hour to check out with request. One of the best places we have stayed at.

when we arrived, the staff who helped us was very helpful. The location was amazing and the amenities in the room exceeded our expectations. Staff was available at all times to answer our questions. They even left us a bottle of wine to help us celebrate our anniversary. If I ever come back to Lyon, I wouldn't stay any where else than this location. Thanks.
Everything was perfect. I was just disappointed that they closed their tabouli and we didn't get to see it.

It was a nice experience staying in an old renovated apartment right in the old town. The apartment had absolutely everything anyone could want or need. It was safe, quiet and comfortable and the staff was helpful and available.
We enjoyed the treats and the excellent coffee machine, and the ambiance of the property.
