Super cute. Very central to the heart of Lyon. Wonderful treats and an espresso machine. Loved all of the thoughtfulness of the host as he helped us navigate entry. We stayed in #4 and it was amazing, quiet and bed was so comfortable. Very clean as well. Also appreciated the usb plugs, Netflix, and the fan. Loved the shower as the water was super hot. I’m planning to go again. Thank you❤️

We had to leave because the management put us on the 4th floor. The windy stairs were so steep that you may need knee replacements after the climb. The rooms were beautiful if you can get to them. The manager tried to locate us down a floor or two , they were filled. We went to a different hotel. I think they should have refund us the first night, which they didn’t.. I wouldn’t stay there given the chance they stick up in room #7or8.
We are bike riders so we are in good shape. This was so unreasonable..
My first sad review in 40 years of travel..

Lovely, well-equipped apartment in a fabulous location in an historic part of Lyon.
Steep winding stone staircase a bit slippery in the rain, but to be expected in a building of this age.

For the age of this Renaissance building, we were enamored with the architecture, the stairwell, and the overall feel and atmosphere of the place. It was ultra quiet for a building with 9 apartments.
The interior of the apartment was a bit tired, and could use a spruce up in the bathroom/kitchen area.

Located in historic old Lyon, the building is close to everything needed, including a nearby metro. Restaurants and cafes abound, and there are so many attractions within walking distance.
The room we stayed in was modernized to a very high standard considering the age of the building. It was perfect in every way. Staff were very welcoming and accommodating. Would definitely return to this lodging again.
Would not recommend any upper floor rooms for people with disabilities as the stairs are quite steep.

It was a great stay. Excellent location. We had the executive suite which was very large, really nicely furnished and comfortable. Very good amenities in the apartment. It's 2 flight up which was fine for us but not be for everybody. When we arrived one of the staff was there and graciously brought up our luggage. Otherwise we didn't have contact but they were virtually available if needed.

Unique. Located in a Cool part of Vieux Lyon. The manager, (or perhaps he was the owner) was conveniently available both when we checked in and when we checked out - he offered to haul our luggage up and then down the stairs. It was SO helpful! The breakfast items were wonderful. The room was clean and had a great shower. It was perfect for my daughter and myself.

The building itself was ancient and fascinating, and the apartment had been beautifully renovated to afford a very modern, comfortable stay. There were high tech amenities and thoughtful details like fresh fruit, juice and a variety of tasty items for breakfast, a kitchen area with everything we needed and a great coffee maker, automatic controls for heating. There was a very thorough information booklet. They have an electronic concierge that responds very quickly and appropriately to questions.
The location is great for access to the old part of the city
Not that we didn’t like this, but one must be mobile to get up and down narrow stone steps. It’s part of staying in a 500 year old building. I loved it, but could see how it could be a problem

The location is wonderful and the apartments were comfortable while maintaining the historic atmosphere of the property.
The washing machine in the bathroom made for a very cramped space. The stairs were challenging due to the wear in the stones.

Right on the plot in the St George’s old town area.
William the property manager was extremely helpful and polite and offered to help us with our bags plus showed us how everything worked in the room.
Our room had a bean to cup coffee machine, cooking facilities, fridge, breakfast supplies, hair dryer, straighteners, ironing board, iron, umbrellas.
A lot of stairs do nut suitable for people with mobility problems.
