Such a fun hotel that is also part of as a hip jazz club/ restaurant in the lobby. The staff was incredible and made sure to accommodate every single need or request. The lobby is also a chill sort of living room vibe. There was a serene courtyard in the back and a game room with a child games and area as well. The metro and tram station is a 3 minutes walk. The epic & iconic Brasserie George is next door! This is the best area and we had the best time!!

Excellent location close to metro and trams, right in the heart of the city. The facilities were great, staff were friendly, and best of all the hotel is very eco friendly. Overall we had a great stay, would definitely recommend!

We liked the staff, the atmosphere inside the hotel and breakfast. The staff are really excellent, especially receptionists.
Unfortunately the Perrache station is very confusing and one can find difficulty in finding the hotel entrance.

Actually the room we booked was quite small, but the reception recommended us a bigger room with an extra money. So the actual room was quite small but the next one was very good.
The rooms don't have fridge.
You have to get tea, water, everything from the reception yourself. They don't bring to your room, I suppose because of few people in the hotel.

Great vibe, great concept. Wonderful and courteous staff, the place was very enjoyable. We traveled to and from gare Perrache and the location was perfect.
Need smaller softer pillows. The plywood is a good eco friendly material and gives a very green touch but not by the bed..

Besides the train station yet not noise. The family room is spacious even for a family of 5. And there’re plenty of games for the kids to play. Good value for money.
The shower curtain should have some weight at the bottom so it could block the water leaking out while showering

Very inviting and helpful staff and the breakfast included was superb. Good location as well near Lyon’s main train station but not too far from Vieux Lyon
Just that the one window in the room was too small to fully open to let in the breeze

We chose this location based on its proximity to the train/bus station for our travel to and from Lyon. The room was clean with a great vibe! We were traveling with our young adult daughters, so the separate room with bunkbeds was perfect for us to have our own spaces. The bar/restaurant attached to the hotel was fun, too! We had dinner and watched live jazz music the first night we arrived. It was very easy for us to get around town from this location.
This property suited our purposes. If we could change anything, it would be to have this property closer to "downtown" Lyon, but that isn't the properties fault.

Location was okay. Clean.
Above a bar which had live music at night so it was noisy. AC did not work. We had to open a window to keep the room cool but that meant hearing more traffic and bar noise from outside.

The location of the hotel is great for sightseeing. Our purpose of staying there, was that it was 3hr away from our final destination Val D’Isère. The breakfast was really lovely the next day. The room was big enough for a family of four. I can’t fault the room, but we were there less than 12 hours. If we were on holiday in Lyon, the hotel is located for sightseeing near all the restaurants.

Great location, room was clean and had a funky style. Check in was easy despite arriving after 12am
Air conditioning was unavailable but a fan was provided immediately upon request.

Rooms are large. Bed is very comfy. Very clean
Breakfast was ok. coffee machine great. But the food wasnt replenished very quickly.

Welcome area felt homely and fun! Had tea and coffee available for free!
Despite the room being above the jazz bar we heard no noise.
We did not use the gym however we were excited to find out it had one.
Our window was slightly loose which let in road noise
