The comfort of the room, the location- close to a metro. It took me some time to get used to walking in a tunnel, but it was a short walk. The staff was great as well.
Maybe a fridge somewhere in a common area? But even without it was very good value.

Close to trains and a beautiful restaurant, Brasserie Georges that does not take reservations. Mussels were amazing. The staff at the hotel were super friendly.
Had a funky smell to the hotel in the morning but vanished later.

Everything was clean and in good order. The staff in the lobby were friendly and bilingual. Staff at the adjoining restaurant were cheerful and polite. All food was prepared in-house and made from locally sourced producers. The jazz club was good fun and featured local talent and even an open mic night.
The only negative was an awkward orientation for the shower which requires the need to step up into the shower and then down into the shower pan.

The hotel looks cool, has nice decoration. Triple room was good and spacious.
Parking was complicated, we got lost with google maps. It took us 15 min to find it, even if it was close by. No good info at the reception. The heating in our room was broken. We got extra blanket.

The Greet hotel in Lyon is an adequate budget hotel. It is difficult to differentiate it from dozens of other budget hotels. The principle reason we selected Greet was the on-site Simone jazz club. We were traveling as family of five that enjoys jazz and were deeply disappointed to find that musicians were not scheduled for the entire length of our stay despite posted calendars of performances.

Such a fun hotel that is also part of as a hip jazz club/ restaurant in the lobby. The staff was incredible and made sure to accommodate every single need or request. The lobby is also a chill sort of living room vibe. There was a serene courtyard in the back and a game room with a child games and area as well. The metro and tram station is a 3 minutes walk. The epic & iconic Brasserie George is next door! This is the best area and we had the best time!!

Excellent location close to metro and trams, right in the heart of the city. The facilities were great, staff were friendly, and best of all the hotel is very eco friendly. Overall we had a great stay, would definitely recommend!

We liked the staff, the atmosphere inside the hotel and breakfast. The staff are really excellent, especially receptionists.
Unfortunately the Perrache station is very confusing and one can find difficulty in finding the hotel entrance.

Actually the room we booked was quite small, but the reception recommended us a bigger room with an extra money. So the actual room was quite small but the next one was very good.
The rooms don't have fridge.
You have to get tea, water, everything from the reception yourself. They don't bring to your room, I suppose because of few people in the hotel.

Great vibe, great concept. Wonderful and courteous staff, the place was very enjoyable. We traveled to and from gare Perrache and the location was perfect.
Need smaller softer pillows. The plywood is a good eco friendly material and gives a very green touch but not by the bed..

Besides the train station yet not noise. The family room is spacious even for a family of 5. And there’re plenty of games for the kids to play. Good value for money.
The shower curtain should have some weight at the bottom so it could block the water leaking out while showering

Very inviting and helpful staff and the breakfast included was superb. Good location as well near Lyon’s main train station but not too far from Vieux Lyon
Just that the one window in the room was too small to fully open to let in the breeze
