I did not have breakfast. Dinner was very good and reasonable price.
Glad they have sound proof windows since it’s very close to the airport.

Shuttle is OK. I used to stay in Comfort hotel in Norway. This Comfort Aeroprt hotel St Expery Lyon is not aligned to the three stars hotel at all.
Cleaneless. It is very old. The window is sealed with mastic (unprofessional way). This is not a 3 stars hotel.

Our exit. The shuttle driver was awesome.
Hallway lights did not turn on for us to be able to open the door. The key didn't work. Saw 3 other people at desk with keys that did not work. Hallway carpets on every floor were filthy. Exit door propped open with a brick for smokers. No security. Lamps were missing light bulbs so not functional. Bathtub was too tall and dangerous to get out of. Very slippery. No safe available. The restaurant had dirty dishes piled up on counters. There was a meal offered for dinner-pasta. That was the only option. If we weren't so tired we would have left immediately.

Position is perfect for spending a night after arriving late or having to leave early the next morning. Room is not new, but still very nice. Breakfast was really very various, no complaints at all for the breakfast!
It's not new, but still maintained well and very good value!

The welcome drink coupon was a delight! The bathtub was a welcome treat as well. Having to take a 4:40am shuttle to the airport, I LOVED that breakfast began at 3am!

Comfortable beds. Quiet. Elevator. One free hot drink per person. Close to Terminal 1. Good parking. Adjustable air conditioning.
A little worn around the corner. Bathtub dangerous to get out of. If you have 3 pieces of luggage, it will be cozy. Just like the Ibis but without the walk-in shower or large area for your luggage.

The room seemed to have been renovated although with very cheap material: soap dispenser support broken, sink tap loose.
The halls are very dirty: the carpet was disgusting and could benefit from a change (maybe replace it by something easier to maintain such as tiles).
The AC didn't work in our first room; we were assigned another room but the AC wasn't working there either - outside temperatures were in the 30-35 degrees C.

Positives:
-Friendly staff.
-Room available early in the day, making it an ideal place to rest a little before continuing the day.
-Walking distance from the airport.
-Secure parking.
Notes:
-Overall, a hotel I would return to for a nap and a shower before continuing on my way.
-The walking route from the airport to the hotel isn't the clearest, and takes about 15 minutes. It's not ideal after a long flight, but it's still a good option.
Negatives:
-The rooms are small; you shouldn't have too many suitcases, otherwise they won't fit.
-The air conditioning didn't seem to be working (we couldn't turn it on).
