The location
Poor state of the hotel. A renovation is more than due. The air conditioning made a hell of noise and did not cool the room which in a period of high temperature was very uncomfortable.

The airport shuttle was always on time and convenient. I like that I could walk to the airport when it was not shuttle operation time.
I like the room setup and the cleanliness. In my experience, furniture, flooring, and bathroom felt well maintained. The AC however is a story to tell.. (read if you are staying during summer)
My stay was during some of the hottest days in France. On the day of my arrival, after some days staying in an apartment without AC in another city, I asked via booking.com chat feature about whether or not I will have an AC in my room.
They replied to my message, but only some check in information inside it, no answer about the AC whatsoever. I re-checked my booking document and found an AC as one of the facilities. So I resumed my plan to go to the hotel. I arrived at the hotel and the receptionist told me that the AC was broken (for all the rooms). She also told me that it's OK if I want to cancel my booking. They could've told me in their reply message about the broken AC, because I was literally asking about it, but they didn't. Instead they waited until I arrived at around 7pm, to give me a 'chance' to cancel my booking. Mind you I was in the airport area, not in some city centers with many hotel options. That felt a bit like a trap for me.
I ended up agreeing to check in. I thought I could just open the window and the air would get better during the night. It was not. I don't know what was wrong with the building, but as the air outside got cooler, the room was not. The only way it got cooler was by opening the door that faces the hotel corridor. I didn't get some decent sleep for my two nights stay. I was about to have 26 hours of flights and transit to go home, so it was not a nice experience that I expected.

walking distance from airport & very well organised free shuttle bus. friendly, early breakfast if necessary. friendly staff & good value for money. what's not to like..
