-Location is very good, only 2 steps from the station and very close to Westfield Mall.
-The breakfast is fine
-We were give room X18, where X18 and X20 are locked at the corner of the corridor together, i.e a oart from out door, there is another door to enter the corner of those 2 rooms. It is weird and gives in an insecure feeling, like we were locked too much, and since we do not know whom are locked with us, it felt scary. Assume a girl and 1 room and other 2 men in the next room, locked together, how do you feel? each time the people on the other room opened the door ti enter that corner, we felt like they are trying to enter ours. Additionally, if some fire occurs, too many doors like this appear dangerous. The hotel should remove such crazy door.
-The beds were not done correctly and nicely. We have never seen in any hotel that the beds were done badly like that can be given to guests upon checkin.
-No small fridge in the room: we cannot keep some cold drink anywhere for summer days

Room was comfy and being above the station was well insulated - didn’t hear trains at all.
Water fountain and croissants in reception was a very nice addition.

- Someone knocked at the door 3 hours before the checkout time to ask when I would be checking out. This kind of woke me up with a shock & I felt this was unnecessary, they could have asked me the evening before. However everything else was great so I might still stay there in future.

The staff were so helpful! We needed guidance getting to some of our activities, and they gave us maps, what metro lines we needed, and where we needed to stop. So helpful!

Good breakfast and air conditioning since was very warm this was pretty good. The staff very kind and informative. Was very good in general, and close to Garr Part Dieu, I walk with my luggage without any trouble
