Very Poor
One woman on reception was nice and friendly.
The hotel looks nothing like the pictures. It’s worn down, grubby and right outside of the entrance are multiple homeless people in tents. We couldn’t even stay for the night as we didn’t feel safe going out at night and coming back to the hotel. Upon checking out an hour later, the man we spoke to was dismissive and didn’t care that we were leaving. It’s honestly worse than a hostel - save your money and go to the Ibis closer to the station, it’s much better.

There is a ghetto in front of the hotel. This is smelly, scary and ugly. But I’m sure it’s not your fault

Amazing breakfast. Plenty of food at all times and a good variety of options. The staff at the reception was very helpful.
The beds were uncomfortable and quite old, with a mattress topper to compensate. The pillows were overly soft, and when we asked for an extra one on the first night, they didn’t have any available. The outdoor terrace was infested with fleas, making our first evening a terrible experience. To make matters worse, we saw large rats wandering around the terrace at night, though to be fair, that was not entirely the hotel's fault.

The interaction at the reception could have been warmer and more professional! I checked in after midnight so maybe people were just tired!

The air conditioner didn't work well. We think it had a dummy thermostat. The comforter is too warm since you can't get the room cool enough. They should provide a sheet as well. They only provided 3 pillows for 2 people and we prefer 2 each. There was no hand towel or wash cloths which I understand is probably to save water, but a hand towel would be nice. The shower was clean but it had a little mold on the grout. There is a homeless camp out in front of the hotel however I didn't feel like it was dangerous at all.
