Absolutely nothing. The streets surrounding the hotel are filled with white vans with half/naked hookers in it selling themselves and… the crowd that comes up to that its just not it!!
Absolutely everything! The mood there was very grim! The parkinglot had a group of migrants there and i needed to leave my car there filled with all of our stuff! We hadn’t had a save feeling at all!! Hookers and weird people surrounding the parking lot thats how close they were! We checked in and just an hour later due to weird noises coming from the hallways the intens mood that was hanging there the room was not clean at all! We left. Just after an hour! We couldn’t stay here and just wanted to go home real quick!!!!

Dear Hotel Management,
We stayed at your hotel for one night and would like to share some feedback.
Overall, the hotel itself was nice. However, despite having booked a room with breakfast included, we were told upon arrival that breakfast was not included in our reservation. This was quite disappointing.
Furthermore, we were very uncomfortable with the surroundings of the hotel. The area was full of sex workers and the vans they seemed to be using as their workplaces. Since we were traveling with our children, it was extremely inappropriate and upsetting for them to be exposed to such scenes.
I don’t know if this is a usual occurrence or if it was because it was a Sunday, but in our opinion, this is not a suitable environment, especially for families. Because our destination was still far away, we only stayed for one night, but we felt very uneasy.
I hope you take this feedback seriously and consider ways to improve the environment around your hotel.

bed are comfy, shower is spacious, hotel was calm we slept very well
roads work all around: we ended-up in traffic jam and could not take public transportation (cancelled). we called the hotel couple of days before arriving, it could have been very helpful to know in advance that main road access to the hotel was closed, and we had to take the back road to be able to access it.
on site we asked staff about public transportation: they nicely indicated where to take it... but did not mention that multiple stops were closed....

The room was tiny and a bit dirty. The Walls were thin so you could hear everything around you. There were stains on the floor, the ceiling and the toilet. The area was creepy and it took about 10 minutes to walk to the metro station.

The price was not bad
The African woman at the reception was impolite and didn’t say sorry for someone entered my room when I was sleeping. It was a cleaning lady as I found later but they should organize everything better so it doesn’t happen. The woman at the reception didn’t admit her fault and argued with me in a bad and aggressive manner

The receptionist was kind and helpful but the room was not clean and needed a refurbishment. I was really disappointed because usually all ibis hotels are worth it .

My stay at this hotel was terrible because everything was extremely dirty, from the sheets to the walls, the floor, and the bathroom. There were even dead mosquitoes on the wall that had been there for a long time, and a lot of air was coming in through the window, while the heating didn’t keep the room warm at all. Everything was really falling apart.
