My wife and I, we liked almost everything about the hotel. First, it is on a lively street very close to both metro and the international bus station. This hotel has a decent outdoor parking and easily accessible by car/taxi.
Well, there aren't many sights or residential houses around, but it is only a ten-minute walk to the nearest subway station (Lyon metro) and a five-minute walk to a McDonald's.
Our bed was just perfect, not too soft, with cosy pillows and a very light but warm blanket.
The shower and all other equipment looked like brand new. Heating and ventilation was absolutely adequate.
The reception staff offered excellent service.
There are quite many industrial sights across the road, with a big riverport not far away, and plenty of commercial traffic, construction and renovation activities were going on in the area all day during our stay. All that made quite a lot of noise outside. So it was almost impossible to open the window giving onto the road. However, our room had good soundproofing.
The towels were tiny and way too thin.
