the location is fantastic, right next to main line station, right next to metro and buses and trams.
The room is what you'd expect, functional.
The staff were great, had some fun , big smiles , so nice - thank you

Room was clean and bright and right opposite the lift.! Hotel very close to Part Dieu rail station and the tram line. Very comfy bed.
No fresh air; no openable windows. No net curtains. Air conditioning instructions not helpful. Had to be let into hotel by reception staff - no key system.

Close to railway station. Clean, basic, but perfect for an overnight stay. Good breakfast.
So many Ibis hotels in the immediate area that we went to the wrong one initially.

Does it have to feel like you are in a budget hotel so blatantly? For the price, I don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect a hairdryer, some Kleenex, and maybe a hand towel.

The place was located where was easy to reach.
The room was clean.
There were free drinks (water, coffe, tea) available 24 hours which was great; free croissants as well.
The staff were quite friendly.
If one pays by cash an amount would be blocked on his/her credit card. This was quite inconvenient for the one whose card does not work at that moment for any reason and has cash with himself. In addition, it is inconvenient for who does not have credit card. In my opinion it is pretty easy for them to buy a scanner device to verify the credibility of the cash.
The air conditioner was not that efficient as the temperature during last weekend was around 26 degrees.

Excellent location, super friendly staff and despite overlooking the railway station, there was no noise.
It is a Budget Hotel, so the room is simple, however, we found it very adequate and had everything we needed.
