Walked from the TGV Lyon St-Exupery station as I do not have a French phone or international plan for to call French telephone numbers. Returned via shuttle which was excellent

The access to and from the airport is a huge advantage for this hotel. The shuttle was always on time and the drivers were very helpful. We felt the staff was very kind and accommodating to our group. The rooms suited our needs for two, quick overnight stays.
The restaurant dishes were not clean, unfortunately.

Long 30+ min wait for the van at airport despite several guests calling. Driver said he was eating. Nice barman, but food choices available after 9pm are very limited. Fries were poor. Buffet meals are usually delicious ?

The room was a great value, and they had a free shuttle ready early in the morning so that I could catch my flight.
I traveled with my daughter and she loved the bunk bed. It made an early flight easy.

very close to the airport, took the bus from the airport, and in less than 10 minutes you are in the hotel. the hotel staff are very very friendly! you guys are doing great job! and the hotel is near the shopping center
the price is high for the value you are getting from a one night stay near the airport, you can just use this hotel price to get a better airplane ticket and not to have to stay in a hotel overnight!

The staff was very helpful regarding our shuttle needs. Everything was seamless at check in and we felt it was easy to ask for help when needed. My kids loved the bunk option in the family room. The proximity to the airport was a big plus for us in addition to the very instructions about getting to the hotel.
We aren’t sure that the a/c in our room was working properly. Because of this, the room felt a bit stuffy. We also noticed that the dishes and silverware were not uniformly clean at the restaurant.

Great place to stay if you’re flying in or out of Lyon and/or travelling by train.
The bunk bed over our double bed was poorly placed, especially in the dark.

Room everything was great and worked and the balcony was great in mornings and the swimming pool.
The shower, the piece of glass that is assumed to prevent shower water spreading to floor or worse to the wooden cabinet door under sink, doesn't do its job. There is a design error or a conceptual error how the water from shower is assumed to go to drainage that did not seem to be in floor.

Convinient airport shuttle (book on arrival), TV was large and had youtube/ Netflix, room was clean, bed was big.
Food at the restaurant wasnt brilliant but plenty on uber eats. Ac also didnt work in my room but was fine with the window open all night.

It wasn’t easy to get there, but once we arrived, checked in , friendly and professional employees at the front desk, we went to our room which was very nice and clean, our stay was very nice and if needed we shall return.?
Easy access and security was great. Our room was very clean and comfortable.The little restaurant was perfect for the evening, and breakfast was perfect.We were able to leave our car on their secured parking lot. The price was correct!
