The room is very clean. The staff is very friendly. The bathroom is very small like in the caravan.
Perfect location and the restaurant opposite the hotel is so cool very close to Metro and trains

The staff is amazing. They are great at taking care of any needs you have and anticipate those you didn't know you had. Rooms are small but comfortable.
Nothing i didn't like. The bathrooms are exceptionally small, but they serve their purpose.fine.

The location is excellent for anyone travelling for a few days in Lyon. Beside it is an amazing value for money restaurant and beside that is a fabulous jazz club.
Before I booked I saw people going on about the bathroom - you can’t ‘swing a cat’ in it as the saying goes BUT I found it highly efficient and it ‘works’!
The staff are a credit, they were excellent ambassadors and all had good English which really helped when asking advice about things to do
Everything about this small hotel is top standard and I’d highly recommend it to anyone

Location, can walk everywhere or get the metro or tram, cleanliness, comfort, quiet & amazing staff...
No kettle for tea or coffee but to be honest we had our own bottles of water, there was tea or coffee machine downstairs in reception....it didn't affect our holiday at all...

Location was great and very close to Perrache station. Staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast had flexible hours. There was a small bar on the ground floor. I loved old posters hanging in the public spaces and the fact that hotels decor had a theme. This hotel was a good value for money, and i don't mind staying here in the future.
The shower cabin/ bathroom was really small.
