Great location. Friendly staff. Didn’t get the room I had booked but saw other bedrooms which looked good. Disappointing start. Good breakfast offer and coffee available in the reception area.
My booking had been cancelled when I arrived so I had to take the only room available, a large family room, very spacious but dark with a dismal view. Hotel could do with a freshen up but good value for money.

Excellent location in the centre of Lyon. Lovely rooms and staff were very helpful. Lots of nice restaurants, cafes, and shops within walking distance. Great transport links.
The carpet in the common areas is dirty and worn out; it could do with being replaced (however, the rooms have wooden floors). The desk in the room is quite small and is also where the coffee machine is, so there is little space to actually use the desk practically.

Location was amazing near all the historical attractions. Room was clean and spacious. Staff were very kind and helpful.
Elevator was small and slow and not great for families with a lot of luggage.

The breakfast was so lovely and the location is perfect- walking distance to all the main sights. Quiet at night.

Perfect location for exploring the city with lots of restaurants in the area and plenty of shopping. The room was a great size, cool decor and well appointed; we were upgraded which was a pleasant surprise. Free coffee/teas & cakes all day and water machine was great addition. The staff were so friendly and helpful.
The stairs and corridors are in a bad state and need refurbished, we were dreading entering the room but thankfully it had been refurbished. Our air conditioning was broke for our entire stay and although they provided us with a portable one and a visit from the engineer (who couldn't fix it) it wasn't much help given the 31 deg temp. I would have expected a monetary refund but we were only offered a late check out which was no use as we were leaving early.
