The staff were enormously helpful and seemed well-informed. Location was good, near to an important square.
It would have been nice to have a mini fridge because the weather was so hot. Or even a shared fridge.

Last minute booking, staff was very helpful and friendly. Air-conditioning wasn't working in the first room so we switched rooms and he was readily available to help and assist. Lovely area in Lyon, cute restaurants and shops nearby. Shower was lovely..
Some general wear and tear in the room that some people might not like, but nothing that bothered us.

Easy to find and reach. Very clean, maid service every day. Staff is easy to get along with. Location isn't in the middle of things, but not far from it all.
It's minimal. A basic room, a cheap couch and cheap metal table. Safe and quiet. Staff controls AC, both temperature (22 C) and when it runs.

The room was small but clean, comfortable, and quiet. The hotel is in a convenient location for walking to the Old Town area. The staff was very friendly allowing us to check into our rooms a little early. A breakfast was offered, unfortunately, we had to leave the hotel to catch our flight home before breakfast was served. We would definitely stay here again.

The bathroom and toilet were in separate rooms and both were spacious. The location was really good, right next to the river in the city center. The staff was really helpful and even allowed us to leave our luggage after check out.
It was a bit noisy and you can hear everything from the toilet and bathroom.

Perfect location by the Saône, with lots of restaurants and bars. The staff were very kind and helpful. Our standard room was super spacious and clean, only downside is the bathroom was a bit small. That towels were nice and soft, the bed was comfortable and the hot water was very hot and has strong pressure. 10/10 would stay here again, great value for the location.

Nice big room with comfortable bed.
Central location that seemed quiet but git a little noisy in the wee hours of the night. It’s near schools, so we assumed students were out partying nearby. Minor inconvenience.

A very quiet location that was still very close to nightlife and attractions. Absolutely stellar staff.
No complaints, just a comment for those concerned with such things: it’s in a very old but beautifully kept and modernized building. However that does mean stairs and some creaky noises when people are moving around.
