Wonderful
Room: The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The bed was truly cozy, and the air‑conditioning was perfectly set throughout our stay. We were also given a beautiful river‑view room, which made the experience even more enjoyable.
Staff: The staff were consistently helpful and pleasant, adding to the overall comfort of our stay.
Breakfast: Although the options were limited, the breakfast was good and met our expectations.
Location: The location is excellent — right next to a bus stop, making it very easy to reach the city centre.
Overall: Great value for money. I would highly recommend this place.
There was no fridge in the room, which was a significant inconvenience. Having even a small fridge is extremely useful, especially during summertime, and its absence was really felt throughout our stay.

Staff very friendly and helpful. We got exactly the room we had requested for. The parking facility was very well organised.
No fridge in the room, which was challenging during hot summer. The restaurant at the hotel was closed for dinners which we did not know. The lighting int he room. Was all on or off and was not possible to have a night lamp on when you switched off main switch.

It was neat & clean & enough space for 2.
Although a little distance out of town, there was a close bus stop that took you to the local metro station - then 7 mins into city centre. It was good value for money & very comfortable
Having to climb into bathtub to have a shower - could slip if not careful. Front desk manager was less than welcoming & just mumbled away lazily. A fridge would be helpful.
