Location, comfortable room for three, very good breakfast, kind and friendly staff, parking facilities.
We had a problem with the room light. The switch was somehow broken and it was switching off on its own. Staff kindly tried to fix without success. So this is for the hotel and not the staff!!

Air conditioning not very efficient. Room very warm. Had to sleep with window open and therefore deal with outside street noise.
