The room was great, I loved the 'Eco-ness' of everything in the hotel - glass water bottles, no food wastage, etc. The breakfast was excellent. The location was super, and the value was good. The architecture and background to the hotel building were interesting.
I felt that the swimming pool was misrepresented - it was about 5 metres x 3 metres max - more like a big bath, and I didn't use it. I thought I would be doing a good swim before breakfast - it wasn't to be! I thought that the staff all seemed very young - no person looked in charge - for example, at breakfast time, if cutlery or spoons ran out, there wasn't anyone replenishing stocks. The hot food section looked to have someone there cooking eggs about 20% of the time - unmanned the rest of the time.

Air conditioning not very efficient. Room very warm. Had to sleep with window open and therefore deal with outside street noise.

Very good breakfast, room was comfortable and clean, bed was comfy.
The stuff was not up to standard with blaze answers and not looking to make any effort rather they have pre-prepared answers and did not care. The restaurant was closed at lunch time (by the way not many restaurants in proximity open for lunch), and the room service offered nothing (did not exist at lunch time even a cold snack ).

The very best was the luxurious breakfast with everything one can expect (fruits, juce, good coffe, nice breads, eggs, jams, meats and cheeses) plus on top there were several local choices to try (tarts, local cheeses, sweets).
The room was spacious with a very comfortable bed and even a lounge area. Quiet and clean
The bathroom was compact and functional, but for this class of hotel I would have expected more sturdy faucets, handles and holder and a shower door that would be water tight and avoid the build up of mold.
There was roadwork going on in front of the hotel and we had to park in the back and howl our stuff over; it would have been nice to have a luggage service or at least an entrance through the back door.

The property was well designed and well thought out, hair dryer is placed beside an outlet, the water heater is ready to use… the hotel is designed to adopt our daily habits, was impressed.
Some of the room corners collected lots of dust, need to vacuum a bit, but doesn’t really bother our stay.

Wonderful
Great clean hotel, not far from the city center. We even enjoyed the pool and gym. There is quite a big grocery store right across the street.

The breakfast and the hotel restaurant was amazing. Also the rooms are clean and bed comfortable.
The gym is very small and not like in the photographs. Thankfully there's a very good gym 2 minutes walk to the hotel.
