Pool and Spa were very nice however the water was far too cold for this time of year
The breakfast was not at all of the right standard, not enough plates, glasses, food , tables, overcrowding and the food quality was very poor (powdered scramble eggs???)....

Disappointing
Clean, and spacious room is the only thing that is valuable there.
Careful! Hotel has two areas. One is main building where reception is and is separated from the area they call residence. For some reason we got placed in residence area where WiFi is practically not existent. Zimmer not isolated, you can hear everything through the walls. If you want to visit spa and pool area you have to go out of building through cold to get there. Breakfast for guests is served in residence small area with limited selections which does not include any vegetables or something for vegans. Meat products are not designated so guests cannot know what kind of product is offered. Rules that apply to clothes worn in pool area are I think some wild invention which definitely cause many guests from other countries to refrain from using pool.

Exceptional
Everything about the hotel was superb! Staff were the most helpful, friendly and accommodating that you could find. Facilities are great and the pools are a brilliant added feature, which is why we booked.
There is nothing to detract from what is an excellent all round hotel, area and facilities.

Very nice spa and breakfast was good too
Location is a bit far from center (+1hour walk) and busstop nearby hotel but you need to change bus to get to shopping mall

Facilities are amazing but not really if you have children they are only allowed in the two big pools which are cold and a small spa the rest are adults only. Alot of people at the pool where very intolerant of children.
Good sized rooms and staff where helpful and nice, great kids club which children can go for two hrs a day!

e stayed in a nearby apartment hotel building. The rooms are huge. Bedroom, hallway and separate bathroom and toilet. There was no direct entrance to the SPA from our building, but visiting the SPA was a pleasure.
There was no service with our luggage when we arrived. And the location of the hotel is quite far from the historical center of the city.

I dont think the room I got was worth the money I paid. Aircon was not working, no fridge, dirty toilet brushes. Was expecting a lot more for the price! Pool area was nice
