Very Good
The location at Place Bellecouer is excellent and conveniently accessible by subway too. The river is at walking distance too. Lots of good shopping and restaurants in the vicinity. The staff was very courteous and helpful. The decor and the toiletries were very good. An iron was provided on request.
The room was small though well furnished. The wifi didn't work, my laptop couldn't pick up the signal although it was working elsewhere. That could not be rectified. Luckily I had data on my phone and could use my personal hotspot. The cord of the electric kettle was short and could not be used at the designated spot. The lobby and restaurant were under renovation, but plenty of great restaurants at walking distance.

The place is well located. Breakfast is very nice Staff could show a bit more of commitment.
For the price I was expecting a better room and facilities. They don’t even offer an individual bottle of water. They give you something in glass that is probably filled from tap water. I am not even sure they clean the bottle if someone drink from the neck.

Great location but the property is a bit tired, however to be fair they are about to go through a room renovation. so hopefully that will bring the rooms up to a more pleasant standard

I had a very enjoyable stay. The location is excellent, the staff are very friendly and welcoming, and my room was comfortable and clean. While some areas of the property, particularly the bathrooms, are beginning to show their age, this did not significantly affect my stay. The service and overall atmosphere made it a very pleasant experience. I enjoyed my time here enough that I have already booked my next stay later this year and look forward to returning.

Super 5 star hotel. It’s all about the staff and they were great! Nothing is too much trouble. We felt looked after…
The only disappointment was the bar. They couldn’t make the cocktail we wanted, the gin and tonic was bizarre… overall not the level of bar expected in a 5 star hotel. But so much choice outside the hotel it didn’t really matter…

The location is pretty good, close to good restaurants, attractions and shops
Almost everything is broken. The AC is barely working, set at the lowest temp and keeps running, just making the room not hot. The hot water of the shower will be hot for 5 min, and slowly cool down during my shower, and then get a bit warmer. The window, someone opened the window during cleaning, and I could close it, has to call for staff to push it really hard to close it. And the room is not clean at all.
